Feedback:

Pretest paper work specified 3 business day turnaround. Call placed on 6th business day was meet with message that all tests take "3-5 Business days" (strange, given this was the 6th business day) and was assured test results would be available later that same day or would be emailed early the next, 7th business, day. Results were not provided on the 7th day and office is now closed; I was not even contacted in order to apologize or be provided any kind of update. All communication is presented in a huffy manner, as though the concerns of the customer are not among the paramount priorities of the staff. Accountability and responsibility are not among the skill sets present at Steep Hill. I will modify this review if any new action upon Steep Hill's part merits a revision but at this time, I would recommend another lab for your testing needs.
