Depth of Knowledge
Vendors should have an increased depth of knowledge in their market with an understanding of how different laws and regulations can affect them. They should be able to provide expert insight to help the customer understand how their particular industry affects the service they are being provided.
Specialization
Due to the legal obligations for businesses that operate with CBD or marijuana products, it is important for the realtor to have access to legal resources that have specialized knowledge in the industry. They should be able to find real estate where the production and growing of these products is accepted.
