Vendor should invest in ensuring that their offered equipment use quality materials, are constructed with care, and are designed by engineers that have ample experience in designing high quality and functional equipment.
Service Quality
The overall quality of the service being provided outside of the physical product being offered ensures that the vendor assists their customers with anything they need. Do they go out of their way to ensure that customers are getting the right product or experience?
Availability
Vendors are encouraged to ensure they are easily available at times when their clientele most commonly require their help. Does the vendor offer availability outside of business hours? Do they offer flexibility in terms of scheduling to assist in the case of an emergency?
