Feedback:

The two stars were for the people who were awesome at explaining the different strains and products. they were fantastic! Now, when you have signs up saying that you can strains that are grown by your company for 200 hundred dollars, including tax, that's what I should get. it's not the customers fault that you didn't properly do your job. first I try to buy and ounce of strawberry lemonade, which it's says it's grown by medmen. they go in the back, come out five minutes later and apologize saying they had labeled it wrong. okay I can understand that so I pick blue dream. it takes about 30 minutes to get my order together. I'm standing there so long other employees are asking me if I was waiting for something. they bring my order out the total over 400 dollars. I said what about this sign? "oh. we ran out of that promotion." this is the same person who I talked to about the previous strain. first they weren't going to give it to me then, they changed there minds and said they would. I still paid over 300 dollars for what was labeled as a deal for two hundred. it's just disappointing. I guess I have to go to west Hollywood or the LAX location from now on. hopefully they can do better.
