I like this place better than most! I live in the mountains above San and drive down a couple times every so often to pick up fat! They got the right prices! Raw gardens usually in stock and thats all I usually get. Honestly tho, this last visit got some 4.50$Holy Smokes prerolls told they were good there basically like old trim in a preroll avoid those. And the last two times i bought some 40-50$ 8ths of indica’s they were good but nothing special....

The customer service was by far the worst experience of my life. The staff is extremely rude. No knowledge of the basic products they sell. If you do go, look for small little post it notes. Especially the one that says don't touch the product. If you don't see the little post it and pick something up, it gets snatched from your hand. Take your hand sanitizer in with you. The girl that called herself helping me pulled her mask down coughed in her hands then pick up the stuff I was thinking about purchasing. GROSS WHO DOES THAT?? Especially with this virus. After that I left with nothing. Never again!!!

It's a long review - Short story 5⭐ Amazingness! You want to visit this place. Long version - This was such an awesome experience for me! Finding the place was a little bit sketchy. There are ALOT of unlicensed dispensaries in this area that don't provide testing or have legitimate cannabis brands. Upon calling this location, I spoke with Cierra (indicas are her favorite btw) who was extremely helpful, professional and courtesous. A notable difference in comparison to the previous calls made. Upon arriving, the signs weren't incredibly visible from the road. It was evening time and we understand if the business is trying to be discreet. Upon pulling into the one-way alley we saw the logo on a sign leading to a large parking lot. We are 24ft long (we travel full-time in a Sprinter van) so this is a definite plus :) We parked and went into the dispensary. Prior to stepping into the building our IDs were verified and we stepped through a medal detector. We went into the dispensary and the receptionist took our IDs again and entered it into the system (Greenbits, Yay! This is a legit company!). We stepped into the dispensary. To the left you will find a lounge. This is an amazing set up! TVs, couches and top of the line Dr. Dabber rigs, allowing for perfect temperatures to be set varying between concentrate types or even flower consumption. If you have never done it - This is a MILLION times better than the inconsistency of a torch. You can control the temperature allowing you to get the full terpene experience. The 'budtender' was very friendly and methodically cleaning each device behind the counter. Very cool 😎The dispensary itself was awesome! The Greenbits system synced with the menus allowing the customer to browse real-time inventory and pricing. This place has all of the legitimate brands from concentrates, edibles, flower and even CBD products. You will find vapes by Moxie and Rove or edibles by Kiva and Dixie... They have Flow Kana for CBD hemp flower. I could go on all day! The gal helping us didn't know the difference between C02 extraction vs ethanol but I suppose that is to be expected... Most customers don't tend to know the difference themselves. I digress - you would think with the quality, you would find yourself paying up-charged pricing. Not the case, the pricing was set economically, good for every budget. We have been in Cali for about 3 weeks - hands down nicest dispensary we have been in. Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience. Great job management 👍 Your team is killing it 👏

Will not be back, place was cool at first, prices are on the higher end but good flower. Was a regular but after three bad experiences of my time being wasted, recieving wrong merchandise will not recommend. The overkill was the bad customer service from the managers after expressing my frustration, they refused to listen, I gave them several chances to make it right, end up demanding a refund because I refuse to give someone my hard earned money when they have no respect for the business I offer them, will take my business elsewhere.

I would give a 5 if it weren't for the budtender. She was polite, patient, and respectful, but I was amazed how little she knew not only about cannabis products in relation to the industry, but her limited knowledge of the plant itself to the basic of levels. Beyond that, the flower is pretty good, pretty good on price. I got a half gram of some neutron genetics shatter. Not at all impressed and for 20 for the HALF gram, I feel robbed. Most places fail on the concentrate front. The lounge was really cool and definitely worth a visit after you get your stuff to try it out or if you wanna get lit and go on about your day. Displays of your concentrates and better displays of flower would also be appreciated. Overall a pretty good experience, but find people that are truly knowledgeable and passionate about this industry to work here.

I've been here twice now within the last week. This time, I came to watch the NBA finals game, but, the T.V.'s were sattelite. I still really enjoyed the lounge. I will be a regular customer. I work in the Hospitality industry as a General Manager and I see so much potential for this place. I would love to work with the owners at some point. I feel that I can make a significant contribution to the flow of customers and overall lounge and entertanment experience of your business. Who should I ask to speak to next time I come in.
