Basically a normal dispensary. I like the employees here to the point when I go there the security officer watched my pack back that I couldn't bring in and I feel safe locking my bike up there and I feel good about it still being there when I get out. Because locking up your just keeps the honest people away. Over all good customer service.

We work in the industry but at the end of the day we are consumers first and foremost and every experience I’ve enjoyed at 1841 have me leaving with a smile on my face and happy thoughts. Whether it’s shopping, doing a Patient Appreciation Day, or just stopping in to say ‘hi’ to the crew, everyone’s in a good mood and genuinely happy! I was recently in Sacramento and stopped by 1841 El Camino and had a great experience. It was incredibly busy when I visited, but the way it was handled was wonderful. The woman working the front desk was incredibly nice and kind. The budtender I spoke with was a little short, but I was in a rush, so it was okay. They had edibles I haven't been able to find anywhere else (and they were in the fridge!). Overall, it was great, the prices were reasonable, and as I said before, the woman at the front desk made everything even better! Will be returning next time I am in the area.

What to say about w1841 El Camino... Customer service ... Good. Yep they were friendly ... but don't you think it would be friendly. There store was clean and had a good smell to it. Location was just ok. But felt safe while there. They were knowledgeable about the product. Didn't buy anything. My be next time. Gotta go. See ya.

Just came back from this place. I was a first time customer n' pretty much needed help with everything, as I had never been to a Cannibus dispensary before.Not only did I NOT get ANYTHING free, like a pre-roll, or edible, for being a first time customer but, the girl assisting me was not in the least bit helpful. No suggestions, no recommendations, just, "here's our menu' as she pointed to their menu.I spent $52. And got a quarter of Cosmic Dream and that's it. She was not very friendly, nobody there was ...I will definitely NOT go back and will caution all my weed smoking friends not to go there. Also gonna share my little story with Facebook.Don't waste your time with these people. They could care less about your business, or you even being there.

Always friendly and kind. Fast service, fair prices, wide selection. Good CBD meds, too. Rarely have I looked at their menu online and not gotten what I saw there once I got to the dispensary. Ambiance inside is relaxed, and calm, yet professional. Everyone is always welcomed from age 21 to 101. Bud tenders are knowledgeable and will answer any question you have. Security is always present, and vigilant, but nice.Once your selection is made, checkout is fast. Flower is usually aged well and tastes nice. Concentrates are always a pleasure to partake. Medibles are simply yummy and effective. Balms, tinctures, strips, capsules, (and I'm forgetting others) are also on offer... Just go. You won't be disappointed.

Quick friendly service. Great selection from different flowers to different concentrates. Most of the staff is very knowledgeable of their products and can cater to most everybody's needs. This seems to be a popular spot so I'd recommend showing up as early as your day permits so you get the full selection before items begin running out!

Always service with a smile, from the security guard at the door, to the check-in clerk, to the bud tenders, and checkout. Service, even when busy, is always quick. Prices are what they are, but it's the price we pay for the convenience of just popping into the store really quick, and hopefully the ridiculously high taxes will be lowered over time.

Only four stars, their selection has reduced in the flower category to only a handful of options, their cartridges are among the most expensive in the area, their waiting area is air conditioned and they have comfy seats if you're luck enough to get a seat while you wait, and you'll be waiting. Their budtenders try to upsell you regardless of what you say and expect you to tip which I never do, it's not a bar and they didn't concoct the product nor are you ingesting the product in a bar setting so why tip. They do incorporate the taxes into the final menu price if that's something that's important to you. They're conveniently located near a freeway but the main intersection is perilous. There's gated parking and a security guard.
