Showed up before 11:45pm and they didn't let me in when they were supposed to close at midnight. They also keep changing/raising prices on their products. They also gave me a coupon for 20% off my order and when I tried to use it they said they couldn't accept it at the time, meanwhile they raised the prices on what I wanted so I was gonna end up paying more than usual, even with the coupon. Ridiculous!

Thanks for the no heads up on the change of the medical marijuana card holders discount program it used to be every day of the week now it's only on Mondays and it's only 15%. Ever since Curaleaf took over Blackjack is not the same they even raised prices and they didn't tell anybody about it You have to find out after the fact I'm not happy. Another thing it seems like you've given Rove the back seat and you're bringing in select as your main thing I thought you guys were quality quality quality What happened? Maybe you guys should post all the changes so everybody can read them everywhere be informative to your clients customer focus is what's happened? Like is there still double points on Sunday? You guys need to bullet point everything that's different now. You guys used to stand out You used to be the best in town now you're just like the rest of everyone? What makes you different than the rest of the dispensaries now please bullet point it so I can understand Thanks!

I have a medical marijuana card. I tried to register it and was denied. I agree to pay the additional tax as a recreational user and placed my order around 12. I was told that they were busy and will get back to me with the time frame for delivery. I contacted them around 5 p.m. and they said they'd be here by 9 p.m.. now about 11 and I have no medicine for tonight. Once they said they were coming I used up my reserves and shared with other patients that I live with. The problem is the retail store is closed and they need to have a competent delivery system. Does THC consumption inhibit problem solving skills? Last time they came for my son who ordered it and they gave us some free CBD packages. I received 0 positive effects on them going to be a long painful agonizing Night severe nerve damage joint damage and bone damage oh well.

I ordered 3/30 from here for a delivery sent them my cards and they told me 5 to 6 hrs okay no problem so after 7 hrs they call and tell me sorry we can't deliver to u so I cancel the order the next day I get a voice message say that's something happen they mix up orders or something like that okay no problem so I try to order again today and they tell me we can't deliver to u we been to your address and called u multiple times witch is a lie I got only one call saying it was a mix up now me the customer is left as the bad guy and it was my 1st time ordering from them now they dont want to make this right so I have to tell everyone how they treat the medical card holders they should be lucky people are still buying from them in this time that we are in

Fantastic service, great product and great prices. We went twice and the staff that helped us out was very knowledgeable and friendly, taking their time with us and patiently answering questions about strains and terpenes. All of their recommendations were spot on including their hints at great local food. Thank you ladies, you made two first time customers into sure to return customers. It's close to the Strat so it's easy to find anytime, stop in and you'll love the place!

The workers aren't very organized and if I return to the store it would be for their gummies otherwise, I wasn't impressed 😢😕... I was referred to "Curaleaf" by their sister store "Acres" Which is "Phenomenal" and a great representation of customer service excellence!

Don't go often. The time I did go I was kicked out of the lobby while awaiting for a friend all because I didn't havey I'd which I thought thats what the lobby was made for and it ain't like I haven't shown my 🆔 before. All petty so it's water under the bridge....Thrive, canopy and oasis is the best ones to spend your money at

If it didn't have any stars I would've been happy. Never never trust this place if you have a book bag. Ask the front clerk (man) to watch our bag, not even 15 minutes later we comes out the whole bag is gone. Rewind the camera to tell us the person didn't check in. On top of that we down here visiting for someone to come take from us. Out of all dispensaries this one I will never come back to.
