Car trunk shopping. What a concept. And kudos to Walmart. They have nailed this curbside delivery. Other stores shop nasty for you such as giving you the eggs that expire tomorrow or the big box that tags on up to $3 extra per item for not going in. Before this, I hadnt really shopped at Walmart. They have plenty of organic everything. And if you also need a battery or light bulb or even a tube of caulk, that is cheap and easy, too. Watch out Costco!

Steer clear from this specific wall-mart. I put an order in that was suppose to be ready for pick up at 1 pm. got there on time and didn't get my order until 3 pm. Management is very unprofessional by allowing this to happen. 0 excuses. I will not use this service at this specific wall-mart ever again. Do the same, not cool to wait for 2 hrs inside the car with kids.

I have mixed experiences at this place, this last time was just horrifying.I do want to give a shout out to Isaac and the other man helping him in the bakery. They both went ABOVE & BEYOND with customer service and made sure I left with what I needed. Great customer service. As I was leaving with the cake (last min. Order from work) I was bombarded by a manager. She was very rude and cruel when telling me I had to put my mask back on. I tried to explain to her that I am claustrophobic, that this was a last minute order from work, that I was on my way out, and that I couldn't hold my mask up (like I typically would) because I had the cake and rest of the order in my hands. I showed her the mask that was hanging from my face. She continued to be so mean. I didn't want to be there but I had to for work. I typically order my groceries for pickup but this time I had to go in. She told me I have an option to order and they will bring it to my car automatically (not online order). I told her that this all could've been prevented if she would have just guided me and showed me where I can do that instead of yelling me in front of everyone. She walked me to self check out and still didn't manage to show me that option. To top it off she was yelling at the poor men from the bakery who did absolutely NOTHING wrong. They asked me to put my mask on and I explained to them my situation which they respected. There is a difference.I explained to her again my situation and how I am not trying to be rebellious but that I will get a panic attack and how I didn't want to be there as much as she didn't want me there for like the 10th yime before she finally relaxed and walked me to the check out line. It was a horrible experience. I feel bad for the employees who get barked at by that typed of management without even asking what happened. Very disappointing. I had very hopes for the Walmart in my area.Thank you Issac for making such a horrible experience a bit tolerable.

After paying for half our groceries with one card (split order) the cashier had difficulties getting the register to except the second ATM card, so management came over to help, we were treated as though we were trying to do something illegal 🚫 she did get the second card to go through but it was done with so much negative energy, again we felt as though they/she was just about to have a ah ha moment, which turned out to be quite embarrassing, especially since we are frequently there shopping constantly over the past two years. In short this experience was simply a disappointment.

We had the greatest guy who actually looked up a product for us, took his time & went into the back & brought out the merchandize. I did not get his name but he was the pet section Mngr.He was so helpful, most of the employees elsewhere tell us if the shelf is empty they are out of stock.I will definitely return & be a regular customer due to this Mngr. doing his job & being so helpful and courteous. Thank you so much.

Great customer service. I look forwrd to the day when we can see their smiling faces without the mandatory masks. I'm so tired of wearing these masks everywhere. My heart goes out to all who agree with me, I feel your frustration.

Lackluster service. Had called prior to visiting this Walmart and was told item I wanted was in stock (5 on hand). When I got there, item not found. Spoke with an associate who tried assisting me but she wasn't able to locate item. Told her I spoke with a manager, Salvador, who she went to go get. After about a 15 min wait, he arrives and can't locate item. Drove 20-25 mins for nothing.

Updated review! This Walmart used to be great, but the quality of experience has deteriorated over they years. First they moved the makeup into it's own area, presumably to prevent stealing. Now there are two women, who I believe are makeup consultants or something of that sort always hanging out in the makeup area. I walked into the area to look for a specific item, and not even 0.01 seconds into being there I was asked if I needed help. When I said no thanks, one of them responded with a huff and an 'OK'. Also, people please take note that you do not have to show your receipt when leaving. You only have to do that at Costco where you sign a contract agreeing to this. At Walmart you don't have to show your receipt. You can politely decline to show it and walk straight out. If they think you stole something then they can call the police. You don't have to stop, or worse yet line up behind other people to show your receipt. Just walk past everyone and go about your business. They can't make you show your receipt.

It's really going downhill, even for a Walmart. They've got several big, obnoxious camera installations taking up multiple parking spaces each. Last time I went there to buy oil, they had it locked up. It took 8 minutes for somebody to come by and unlock it, and he had to tell another customer that they'd lost the key for the car batteries, which were also inexplicably locked up.I'd rather take my business to a different Walmart that doesn't treat their customers like potential shoplifters.

Magdalena, one of the pharmacists, is always super helpful. She puts customers first by doing whatever she's doing to attend to their needs. She spent time with me helpfully explaining why my insurance wouldn't cover a prescription and offering options for what I could do next instead. When I have called in to check on a prescription, she always takes time to check everything out and quickly figures it what the delay or problem may be. She's often cheerful and always friendly in person. I look forward to seeing her whenever I need to pick up a prescription.
