I went in to purchase a battery 2 days ago. I was going in today to purchase some raw garden cartridges. The battery I purchased 2 days ago did not work according to the return policy that means I was sold a defective product that cost $18. Management needs to be more flexible when it comes to electronic products because you are loosing customers. I just left I felt defrauded

We traveled from outside of Philly to San Francisco for the S&M 2 concert with Metallica and the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra. We had made a pit stop our first day. The folks here were so very helpful given I don't smoke but my buddy does. I prefer to partake in edibles. They had us all covered. Pre-rolls for outta-towners are amazing and easy. Also I got a great tip on something that would ease my pain from a herniated disc in my back without being too cloudy to function. The crew made this place amazing. We saw a few shops and one that appeared to be a chain of sorts with multiple locations. That being said our best results and honest answers came from here. We had such a great experience I just wanted to make sure that I left some positive feedback. I'd like to thank the crew for the help and hospitality!

Tuesday, July 29, they finally opened up for recreational! Despite the financial district prices, this is by far the simplest, most modern designed interior, truly made for a fun enjoyable atmosphere. The artwork was by far the best I have seen of any place! The security at the front was incredibly friendly and enjoyable to talk and hang out with, will definitely be back!

The staff there was friendly enough (which is like the bare minimum expectation in my opinion) but the selection was very limited. They had about 10 options for bud and were out of some. And only their own brand of cartridge, no edibles or topicals if I recall correctly. The bud itself was fine. The store itself is really sterile and creepy. Nearly empty, bright white lights and walls and glass, no music or much attempt at atmosphere. And it had a kinda "bro" vibe which turns me off from returning unless I have to. Quite off-putting. Check out other places in the city.

The Budtender is super sweet awesome guy who has great recommendations. The bud is good quality and not outrageously priced given the quality. I smoke sativa dominate strains, they always have several choices and have even help me chose strains that I may not have selected on my own. I pretty much only get my needed bud here. As one of the few despensories in FiDi it's a blessing that the staff and selection is awesome
