Place seems to be run by "mean girls". Maybe because I'm old, male and white they make it clear I'm not wanted. They're not overtly rude, they're just cold and unhelpful. It's like high school where the cool kids make you feel crummy without doing anything they could be called out on. They're lots of places to spend my canna-dollars and I think I'll go find a senior-friendly spot.

Today (12/21), I placed a Pick-Up order for Two Grams of "Slab Mechanix's 'Banana Kush Wax' 1G". The marked price for this item was $12, so Two Grams would cost $24.When I arrived to the store, 20min or so from closing time, I was handed a bag and told it was my 2G of Banana Kush...The Problem Was: Rather than Honor Your Menu Price or offer me a different slab product for $12, the Budtender Decided to slip me 2 Grams of GREEN ENVY BANANA KUSH.The only reason I used the 'Pickup Order' feature was so I would BE ASSURED 2G OF Slab Mechanix's oil, and rather than be upfront y'all really just gave me some Completely Other stuff......Please start honoring menu prices guys, I've almost never had this problem before with 365.

Selling Buddies Concentrates without letting customers see the product prior. I was told I couldn’t open packaging because consider opened. The products are in boxes. Opened after buying and the package is designed to pop out so customers can see in store. Just don’t rip the paper off the container. Very disappointed in staff knowledge of how to properly show product.

I am here for pleasure my wife same and work in Seattle conferences. Went to shoreline store after being to others. I loved it people great helped me place was sparkling clean going back today last day before we fly out back home tomorrow. A bygone who loves fun clean not worried your car won’t be there when u start to leave. Know nothing they will love to help ! I highly recommend these folks............ go so u will know. Roger

Awesome cannabis store. Very helpful staff. Despite the small room, they carry most anything you'd need. Prices vary but are on the low side, compared to others. With a huge selection of flower, oils, edibles, etc. Due to the suppliers, the selection does change so if you are looking for something in particular, I suggest calling first. They are very accommodating and will always try to meet your needs. They have happy hour from 4-6pm. I believe they have an earlier time but not sure. They are also medically endorsed, last time I checked, so they're able to carry more products and advice medical patients on which products to use for what ailment you have. If you have a green card, you get a discount and you also can accrue points to get other discounts. Parking can be a tad tricky, especially during rush hour so take care. Overall, great store!

One of my favorite recreational cannabis shops that I have been to, solely because of the staff! It’s a small location, and the parking is a mad house, with only about 6 parking spots outside! What makes this place a 5 Star shop is the friendly and knowledgeable staff!! They have never tried to sell me anything just to make a buck, and they are always honest. They utilize the small space and have a HUGE selection of flower, oils, pre-rolls, and edibles!

Not happy with service or selection.I went in here expecting so much and was very disappointed. It is the size of my bedroom closet! Yet the staff are extreme, on edge, and feels like they do not even try the product they are selling and recommending. I have been to so many stores around the Puget Sound and they all have people who understand it.STAY AWAY from the prerolls!I think I was sold hemp! Labeled at 19 percent and it was about .19 percent

Great store, been shopping there for over a year now cuz there cheapest in shoreline and I don't drive so I stay local, I've only had one frustrating experience that could 've just been bad timing, I was next in line with both employees helping newbies or out of towers with hundred questions so I had to wait almost 15 minutes to get a quick gram of dab, self check registers at pot stores are coming soon!!
