Horrible customer service! I have gone to this location countless times and spent a great deal of my hard earned money. I was sold a bad cartridge (60 dollars) and got less than a few hits off it, then nothing. I brought it back asap and was told by an employee that I did not purchase it there. After an argument they agreed that I did. They tested the cartridge and agreed it was bad. So they admited it was bad and I bought it there and still refuses a refund or exchange. When I continued to question why they called security and had me removed forcefully from the store. I will NEVER again spend my money in a place of "business" that will treat a loyal paying customer with so much disregard! There are countless stores in a 3 mile radius that deserve my hard earned money, and yours! Don't waste your time or money at this slum pot shop!!!
