They used to be my favorite shop. Not anymore. They've completely stopped catering to medical patients. They don't even have CBD RSO. Wow.I will go to cinder, because I get a better discount and better prices, even though they are not certified.Ah well. It was the last medical shop in spokane that I felt cared about medical card holders, and I really loved the place. Now it's like every other stoner shop here, but more expensive. RIP retail medical marijuana in spokane.

This place was first place I came to when I moved out to the E S. I've come full circle in really care about these people. This place is a diamond in the ruff. Like my homies across the way. So my brother and sisters from another beautiful mother. Give this place the props it deserves. Much blessings in love in this times... Your happy camper

A pretty nice little shop. The staff was helpful and between the both of them appeared to know most of the product they were selling. I bought some crumble and some flower i havent' tried out the flower but the crumble i was recommened was a excellent choice. I'll be trying out the flower after i come down a little bit. I will most likely return there again i someday. And the menu listed on leafly was more helpful and had better info on their product had better prices than 1 of their competitors i had checked out.

Great selection, good quality herb. The one thing I love most about them more than any other is; if you are a medical patient you receive a goody bag on the last Wednesday of every month. The bags vary every month but, it is always a good mixture of items from oils, edibles, CBD, joints etc. I can’t recommend them enough and I’ve been to almost every dispensary. They also have an entire medical section that's half the price of everything else, which is like none other in the area. They are more medical orinated than others, which I really love. Keep it up guys because your customer service is also top notch!

Good deals in this little hut!The budtender was super friendly and quick to point me to whar I wanted in a good price range. Their budget $10 grams of concentrate are actually winterized and purged = shatter, unlike $10 grams at other cannabis retailers. The selection is slightly smaller than some competitors, but there is plenty of top quality product available. Their Top Shelf cartridges are better than what I have purchased at other area cannabis retailersI would reccomend 4:20 Friendly for a good mix of budget friendly and quality cannabis products..

People! When you say "Friendly staff, great product!". It sounds generic & inauthentic. Be original!This place is great for people that enjoy a less mainstream experience. Inexpensive in comparison to Spokane shops. It's quaint, but cozy.

Was treated wrong but the owner spoke with me and is a very nice lady that understood my anger and agreed with my displeasure and dissatisfaction with the incident in question. She apologized and is correcting the issue. To her I say thank you and I greatly appreciate her personal attention, understanding, honesty, and professionalism. She truly values her customers. Because of this, I am retracting my previous scathing/ negative review. One star is now 4 stars due to the owner's handling and sincerity regarding my complaint. Thank you again.

Cartridge selection is way too small. The two men working (on 6/5 after 11pm) stopped talking long enough to point toward the cartridges and continued as if I wasn't there.I was looking for Northern Lights and Blue Dream, which I'd like to think one of the products you sell carries one, the other or both. The big problem isn't if you had them or not. My biggest issue is I was never asked what I wanted and barely recognized that I was their by the employees. If you had them, they didn't care to ask or tell. If you didn't, I wouldn't know that either as they ignored me. So not only could I not find what I was looking for, I was given no alternatives as I was treated like a bother more than a possible paying customer with the lack of interaction.

We have been in a bunch of times and have had them give us the wrong product multiple times. I called to see if they would help me fix this, considering the product I got was something I’ve tried before and had no desire to try again 😣 but the lady tried to tell me what I got was right and they had recently changed the name of there oil....Totally not true becuase I was just in the day before and bought the same stuff and it was right then! I just don’t feel welcomed when I go in there either. Not good customer service!!
