I would give it 5 stars because I do like the place and the people are very nice. However I visited today around 11:30am and, I could be wrong and if I am I apologise, but it I think it was one of your bud tenders. They were out taking a break. Gray coat and ball cap. I was waiting in my car for maybe 10 min and in that time this person picked their nose, rubbed their eyes and their face several times. I hope you are all washing your hands ALOT!

It's a gamble to go to any other pot shop, my friends. This is the only place that will not sell you garbage products. I've never had an experience with them where they recommended me something and I regretted it, nor have I ever had anybody that was unknowledgeable or rude. I had a couple experiences recently where I took a Gamble and went somewhere else and I will never do that again.

I’ve had a rough couple of days and my anxiety is at its peak. When I walked in the door I couldn’t really concentrate on the words on the lists but the guy at the counter was so awesomely helpful with getting everything I needed that it didn’t matter! Great customer service, great selections in all price ranges! I wish I’d stopped here sooner!

Regardless what my clients may need or whatever their budget, this store is awesome. Friendly crew, helpful, and willing to remind the customer of a sale or to help older customers understand these newfangled concentrates and contraptions. Weed sugar-packets?!And their sales are crazy. Get the text notification, it's only 1/week or on holidays.

WARNING: This review is given for the sake of public safety. No information at all is given by 420 Spot Shop on whether the weed sold by this store complies with WAC 246-70's regulations on pesticides, and testing for such chemicals. Don't take a chance smoking toxic bud; instead buy from a certified dispensary that cares for consumer health. That's YOUR health my friends. You're in control of it. The only way to get growers to grow weed organically and correctly is to stop buying their contaminated products from dispensaries. They'll change their tune due to their shrinking wallets, if not their guilty consciences. Weed should be healthy; when you add pesticides to it, it becomes the exact opposite of healthy.I want to like you guys. I really do. But there's not even a single sentence in your FAQ on the website about your stance on pesticide usage, LET ALONE any actual certifications, nor any mention of your weed being toxicity-free. Come on!If I am mistaken, dearest 420 Spot Shop, then please, by all means, reply as you have done with many other reviews; and provide proof that the marijuana you sell is all WAC 246-70 compliant and grown without the use of toxic, harmful pesticides. When this is done, I will GLADLY remove this review, AND, remove you from my growing list of dispensaries that should be subject to pesticide and heavy metal testing by the WSLCB. If you don't, just be ready to admit that you're totally okay with screwing over your customers; if not now, then later on in their lives.Fun Fact: Did you know that pesticide exposure has been linked to reproductive harm, birth defects, many types of cancer, and a plethora of other ailments? Look it up, and take a stand for consumer health and safety!

I went in looking for a sleepy dab. I've been smoking for 5 years so I know the difference between sative and indica. I asked them which of their strains were best for sleep. Neither men could answer stating they are not doctors and couldn't tell me that information. I'm sorry but if you work at a weed shop you should have a general knowledge beyond sative, indica, and hybrid. The fact that they would not tell me anything about any of the strains and then discouraged me for looking at Leafly made me walk out. I'm not asking for a complicated answer to what kind of effects can this weed have. It's very easy to say I haven't smoked this but customers have said that it does etc. Worst customer service, will not go back.

I have never seen such appalling customer service. The tall blonde guy working there made my girlfriend and I walk out. He was extremely rude and aggressive to us. I went there one time before and was treated like a door mat by the same character. Dispensaries are supposed to be friendly, warm, and inviting. This store is the opposite. I have been in the industry for 8 years between Colorado and Washington and have never felt so unwelcome inside a dispensary. Save your time, go somewhere else.

Out of all the shops I have visited, this shop by far has the most courteous, knowledgable, and helpful staff in Kitsap! This shop, and their owner, take their customer service serious and they do whatever they can to help anyone who comes into their establishment. I have never had a bad experience there and those that I have referred there have had pleasant experiences as well. This will be my go to shop for now on. Great jobs guys ( and gals) !

My boyfriend is Stuart who left a review before me. I am so appalled by how the supposed "owner" responded to our horrible experience. Sorry we couldn't specify the exact shade of blonde or brown hair your employee had but we were a bit distracted by how unprofessional he was and how uncomfortable he made us both feel. I just moved here from fort collins, co so I'm very familiar with the industry. I've also been in customer service for 9 years. I don't normally write reviews because word of mouth is also efficient but felt obligated to after this experience and especially after how the owner responded to my boyfriend's complaint. How did our review make no sense? We are 100% certain this was the dispensary we went to first, then proceeded to go to a different dispensary near by where we had a great experience...like we normally do and should at a dispensary. We are also 100% certain that your employee who my boyfriend said he had a negative experience with before is employed by you at this location. If you're so shocked by this review...some reviews on weedmaps about this location has some negative reviews and I believe it was yelp that had ONE review that was 4 stars, making it appear like this is a 4 star location however if I leave a one star review on yelp that won't be the case anymore. I walked into your store with a hash pen that was not used before given to me as a gift so I wasn't exactly certain how to take it apart/utilize it. Your employee claimed he didn't know what a hash pen was, continued to correct me that it was a vaporizer, and wouldn't even look at the pen in anyway claiming it was an open container. Since I'm from CO and I'm not certain of your policies I tried to be understanding but he was very aggressive about it and made us both feel really uncomfortable. He made me feel like I was under age in a town where marijuana isn't legal. I'm sure if I said the word bong he would have corrected me with it being called water pipe if you understand what I'm saying. When we left and went to a different shop very close to you...the girl was able to pull take apart my pen for me and offer me various different products that would work for me while your employee claimed that this 'vaporizer" only could take one product and wouldn't explain anything to me. If you want a friendly experience that keeps you coming back...DO NOT GO TO 420 SPOT SHOP. A disgrace to the industry.

Issue was COMPLETELY with the sales rep KNOWING I wasn't sure about the product and NOT doing her flippin job to inform customers that all sales are final. Your establishment clearly doesn't understand how customer service works. & my review still stands.** Also, the price differences you're claiming are a lie. I called the shop next to walmart their 250mg is $40, yours, $55. That is NOT just a dollar! Lmfao.**REALLY horrible customer service. I went in looking for some cbd. I let the lady know that I didn't know if it was their shop or one down the road.... that I might need to come back. She didn't give ANY indication that sales were final when I told her I didn't know if it was the right one. I got the 100mg tincture... sat in my car called around and found the right shop to confirm. This shops cbd prices are $15 more than the one down by walmart! I immediately go back in, no more than 5 seconds after purchase and the "lady" points to a sign on the door saying all sales are final. You realize majority if your customers have health issues, like we're going to stand around reading every sign hung up?! What absolutely horrible customer service. She had an opportunity to let me know prior to purchase.... but she's too bothered to do her job! What a joke. I called back to ask for a manager, and guess who answers the phone! She refused to give the phone to a manager, claiming there isnt one. Idk who the owner is, but if these are the types of sales reps that are "helping" you, you might want to rethink your staff, at very least train them better. I definitely will not be coming back, worst customer service I've ever seen & too high of prices.
