I love the staff everyone is helpful and friendly. No matter how busy they are I never feel rushed. The prices are great too! But it's the people that work there that keeps me coming back.

420 Tacoma is a different store, they have the product in cases up along the wall. It was strange to see the employees leave the counter to come and help. I like viewing the product b4 we get in line. At 420 Tacoma there is no need to wonder what products they got in stock while waiting in line. Thank you 420 Tacoma Happy customer here thus far!

I am in this store at least 3 times a week and have no urge to go elsewhere! All the staff is cool as hell and I love the conversations we have down to trash talking about Football! I have never had a bad experience. I had one leaky cartridge in over 2 years and it was replaced with no problem! I won

Sold me a 1 YEAR EXPIRED gram of dabs. "it's not bad, it's just on sale" they told me. It was nasty and all over the jar. I got a half a gram out of it and gave up because of flavor and difficulty. Never ever again will they get my business!!!

Hands down best store i always am satisfied And am always happy about there system i feel i get to be beind the counter instead of relying on the tender to brin out product to show you instead everything is on display so you can take the time to really find that specific product and not go home bummed. And they are extremely friendly staff
