My husband and I are in here all the time the staff practically know us by name they are always pleasant and professional I've even bumped into a few of them outside of the store and still very pleasant and respectful any time we have had any issues they've always done something to make it right they have a great selection with a great price and the staff is always very knowledgeable and patient I always like to read labels and see multiple products and they never have a problem with that I've been a lot of other places but this is still my favorite so far you guys rock!!!

These guys give a military discount. Also, for their 14g bags, their buds are sticky and soft instead of dried up and dusty that you get from competing stores in the area. Their prices are great compared to the others too. They have plenty of very affordable options that will get you a decent amount of quality flower.No one wants to buy crusty dried up flower that quickly turns into a raging forest fire. That's why I buy from this place now. Soft, sticky buds.

420 Tacoma is a different store, they have the product in cases up along the wall. It was strange to see the employees leave the counter to come and help. I like viewing the product b4 we get in line. At 420 Tacoma there is no need to wonder what products they got in stock while waiting in line. Thank you 420 Tacoma Happy customer here thus far!

I have never had a bad experience. I had one leaky cartridge in over 2 years and it was replaced with no problem! I won
