I was searching for CBD oil for my senior dog. I called ahead to ask if they had any and the girl on the phone was so nice. When I came in everything was organized and clean and social distancing was implemented. It was my first time going to a shop like that and I thought it would be hood but it was so nice. The girl at the reception was sweet and the bud tender Chris was super knowledgeable and explained about the ratios in the oil. Overall great experience.

Hands down the #1 BEST dispensary In town as far quality, quantity, customer service, security - where do I start?! 1. When you 1st approach the door im always greeted by one of the attentive-friendly professional security team members 2. Checkin in process is EXCELLENT A++ as the friendly feel continues to flow Im next greeted by a highly informative cannabis non fake - totally organic smiling, smooth, and speedy check in person. Next If I pre-order I get to skip the line and go vio for tree style & slide right thru :) which is Soo Convenient! But If I didn't pre order- im headed to the YES PLEASE I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER 5 OF EACH ..please -ROOM (J/K I Wish!!) As the friendly feeling wave continues im lastly serviced by a smiling beautiful, handsome, smart , Highly knowledgeable Green Remedy Budtender who usually goes above and beyond in customer service :) kinda like planet hollywood NO JUDGEMENT here- but better and cuz they have an AWESOME perfect size amount of marijuana, cannabis infused everything variety ...So much choices, so many different kinds, good varieties, along with alternative ways to medicate, or simply get your HIGH on in a recreational manner. They have cool sales, top notch high quality products and their prices are. Very reasonable... absolutely a must go to if you are in San Pablo / Richmond Area and in need of some power from the flower- Im never disappointed when I go or leave from here - cool chill atmosphere and to the point service. I feel like a lil girl again running around thru toys r us! Ahh good buys with good vibes-

I have to say I have came here many times before it's always been a great experience. These guys have awesome selections from low to high prices from quantity or quality basically whatever you need for whatever price range. I would give five stars except last visit I felt very rushed and uncared for by the employee I kept asking him questions about strains he just kept shrugging his shoulders then he couldn't find my name in the system and sent me all the way back to the front to sign in again. It was just kind of a hassle on top of the poor customer service I just ended up picking at 2 quick things that I wasn't even sure it was my type of strains. Oh well hopefully it's not like that next time.

First and last time. All was cool and chill till out of nowhere after paying for the product, the bud-tender got rude. After she handed me my change, as I was counting it she just snatched the money back out of my hand. She din't say nothing and acted like it was cool and handed me the actual change. Freaked me out. The only reason I tipped her was cause I know they split it.

I love Green Remedy! So professional, beyond friendly, and they remember me by name after only a handful of visits (shout out to Berto). Tax is inluded in the price, which is surprisingly affordable with nothing but THE HIGHEST quality flower, everytime! With such great pricing, knowledgable staff, and seriously top notch flower sold in such a clean environment, you ALWAYS feel welcome and leave happy at Green Remedy! I did not receive any incentive for writing this :) but rather, it is purely to demonstrate my appreciation!

Great place. They have very friendly security and service. I will say they aren’t always the most knowledgeable. I’ve experienced where they’ve either misinformed or lied about certain products. I think they misinformed. They sort of pretend they know what they’re talking about but if you look it up on your phone you realize it’s not true, lol. This is not a place for a first timer, because they assume you know what you’re doing and what you want. Not great at walking newbies through. But other than that, I would recommend to experienced smokers. They have a great variety and always have some new special going on.

Low quality high priced Cannabis high priced poor customer service I don't know why this stores in business if they're not to help people that are in dying need of feeling good for A-day I'm a cancer patient and I am being charged outrageous amounts of money for my medication CBD there is only one store and all of Richmond that has reasonable prices And this store is far from it

I used to love this place but lately it really SUCKS!!! The majority of the staff is friendly but a few of the younger employees are REALLY RUDE. GR’s selection of cartridges is almost none so if that’s your pleasure look elsewhere AND they’re exchange policy is NONE even if the product is untouched. I’m extremely disappointed with the business lately and will not be going back after I use my last account credits. Very unfortunate 😢😡 I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for variety.

I wish there was an option for no stars. Before today this would be my go to place I'd recommend to my friends and family. Today shouldn't have been any different than my many visits. I arrived around 12n today for a pick up order I placed online. When I arrived no record I explained I had confirmation. I was told to go to my car so the attendant could verify..i.did that then I was told this isn't from us something I'm 1000% it was this was one of many from this same dispensary. I asked to speak with management.. a older lady came from the back Clearly irritaded and yelling we had no record of an order tell me the exact time maybe I could check and see. Or just go place another one .. I drive 45min to this place... I then go to the bud tender she continues with the bashing I ask her to just stop talking to me so I can order AGAIN and go..She says you're kind isn't wanted here LEAVE. . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. .

This place has gone downhill over the past year. They used to sell grams for any strain. Now they only offer grams of one or two of their weakest strains if you're lucky. Sometimes grams aren't available at all. Price for 8ths of typical strains rose by $15. Pre-roll prices rose from $5-$10 each. No supply of high CBD oils. Inconsistent inventory of edibles. And some employees solicit tips. I went back to buying weed off the streets.
