I used to really like this store. I travel to Olympia for the majority of my shopping needs and drive past here on my way home. But I no longer shop here. I noticed that prices were steadily going up. I shop at Elevation now and they have some of the same exact products for a much cheaper price. Plus the last time I went there it was a little close to closing time and they were extremely rude and pushy. I didn’t even get the product that I pointed out and asked for, when I opened up my bag it was something different.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff here! They are people oriented and genuinely interested in helping every person who walks through the door find the right product to meet his/her specific needs. Furthermore, 420 West has a great selection, offering both high volume and wide variety. And did I mention they're pet friendly? Absolutely recommend!

Don’t buy the disposable oil pens not worth the money and they don’t work...the lady I spoke to said she would be able to exchange it if I had the receipt or she can try to make it work I searched for my receipt and couldn’t find it so I went back in to see if her or someone could make it work. I then was told by the same lady they can’t even try to make it work without the receipt and packaging which doesn’t make sense when not even 5 minutes went by and she told me different. so she lied to me the first time or didn’t know until she asked someone with more knowledge.... if you do buy a disposable oil pen be warned to keep the packaging and the receipt so they are able to get a refund...Tapped on the bottom on warmed it up and I got it to work again maybe it was just to cold while keeping it in my car

I really like coming here. It's convenient right off the highway. The prices and selection of product never disappoint. The only downside is that this is a cash only place with an ATM inside. Would add 5 stars if the management looked into using card reading software like Square so that customers can swipe for purchases instead of going to an ATM.

Great place! Employees are friendly every time I've gone in. I have yet to meet anyone there with poor customer service or attitude. 😃 They're prompt to ask if you need help and not pushy when you say you need time. They haven't tried to upsell accessories or try to rush you even if it's busy. There is always a wide selection of products from flower to concentrate as well as accessories from water pipes to glass and metal pipes. Grinders to vaping parts andPrices to be midline line range overall. I am always happy with the final price when I leave.Overall great experience every time employees are wonderful and the selection and pricing are spot on!Thanks 420 West !! Keep taking care of your customers like you do !!

Decent products but poor customer service, really poor.Guy that helped me was obviously hung over or still drunk, wouldn't respond to my questions with real info and he was supposedly a medical consultant!My friend was also given a fairlife CBD product for her pet but there gave her the avacado oil based tincture which would kill her dog, rather than the coconut based tincture designed for pets.Poor attention to detail, maybe they are just paid minimum wage and don't care but either way it shows.

Absolutely love this place! Always has a selection to choose from, the staff is friendly,sometimes it can take a while until im being helped, but everyone is Very knowledgable and professional, ive never had a problem with anyone or anything ive bought. Theres always parking and the lighting is great! I highly reccomend this place.

lowest end up to middle of the road flower selection. Really great choices for quantity over quality. You can usually find a deal on something decent but if you want a premium eighth or something really really good, they dont have it. They dont sell any high-end brands whatsoever - but have very affordable low to middle tier options even in large sizes, if you are on tight budget I trust the bulk here.The glassware/silicon is very good, and there are some great selections in misc parts for any kind of rig if you break or lose something. Thats what I feel is the best quality of this store - glass/silicon pieces and customizable parts.

I would give it a 5 star if every time I have gone here it hasn't been waiting time or standing room only. Its a great place just really really crowded no matter what time you go. I like more one on one time with my bud people as I'm always the newbie with a million questions and I like to spend money as well as tip them for their time and knowledge but I really want to be able to hear what they say. Good selection. I just wish they would have more bud specialists and it not be so crowed and loud. Otherwise it would be 5 stars. I like my weed in jars and they do that. Pipe selection is awesome. I can't stay away but I wish it was more one on one and maybe take a top from Cali stores and only allow a certain number in at a time or have an express lane at the back for those who want to get in and out and the Newbies or Those just starting can still be able to learn what they can by your knowledgeable awesome staff.??? Even the security is cool.

Out of the several cannabis shops around here, this one is my favorite. Capitol is closer but I will drive to west for not only the product, the prices, but also the staff. Really chill, laid back, and friendly. Will answer questions and give advice for taking care of merchandise and other questions like, what's a grinder?Overall very satisfied.
