I usually love my experiences with 420ville but today I was gravely disappointed. I am a veteran and have brought the same paperwork to verify my veteran status to 420ville for a couple of years now. Allen has *always* accepted it and there has never been an issue. Today I showed the same paperwork as always and was denied my veteran discount. I explained that i had shown it to Allen many many times and it had always been accepted. Allen acted like I was lying. Another manager came in, I showed her on my official paperwork where it showed my time in service and my veteran status. I was still denied my discount. Flabbergasted I completed my order and left. I must say i am severely disappointed in them. I have continued to travel to Huntington to go to their store and support a smaller local business. I am so disappointed and annoyed by my experience today that I will not be returning to their shop. Don't thank someone for their service, especially a repeat and constant customer and then turn around and treat me like im trying to fake my veteran status.
