Every time I go into the store I get ripped off the product is old and not in the right package 2 days ago I went in and ordered one gram of Pineapple Express. The weed that they gave me was not Pineapple Express. I don't know what they gave me. And the time before that I went in and ordered a Pineapple Express when I got there they didn't have it they said they'd brought it out on a delivery so the budtender told me that they had some pineapple something and they're all the same. Unfortunately I bought it. I know their story is fancy and pretty but their products suck s***

No bilingual employees. Dirty bussiness. Asked for an ounce (IN ENGLISH) they sold 5.5 grams for $100. My mother speaks and understand mostly Spanish. She can't get a refund even if its a mistake from the store. She feels ripped off and didn't know what they were saying to her other than the price after she asked for 'one ounce'. In a city like las vegas you would think you would have 1 employeewho speaks Spanish or who can understand a hispanic accent at least. Very unprofessional of a bussiness. If your employees didn't know , they could've used Google translate to clarify with her before selling her stuff she cant return .weed won't be the only thing that won't be returning to this store

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OR NOT EVER...Placed my order and was told 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 min for delivery time. 3 hours later no delivery. I call and was told that the order hasn't left yet and will be the next one out, once the driver returns. 3 hours later, no delivery. I call again and was told that my order was picked up by the driver and is on its way. 3 hours later still no delivery and no phone call to apologize for the delay. I'm a local and will def make sure to never order from them again or ever.

A lot of the pot shops just up the street treat their products like imports and the customers like cattle in a butcher shop moo-ving to the strains of rawhide playing. At Sahara wellness it's more like a Saturday morning visit to a second hand shop. You can browse ask questions and not feel like there is a rush to buy and good bye. The product here tends to be ok when it comes to having product that's dried and old and more times than not it's still a moist spongy strain contained. Go here be here be well at 420 wellness!

I ordered delivery at 8 am, got a confirmation call at noon, called back around 3 to see what the hold up, he tells me no more than two hours... it’s now after 7 pm. 11 hours and I still don’t have what I ordered at 8 am this morning. At this rate, you’d think the delivery guy is walking it over from the dispensary. This is unprofessional. Don’t offer a service that you can’t provide. I will never order any product from here again and will never refer to anyone.

What an AWESOME place!! The convenience is just the beginning. Comfortable friendly tasteful lobby!!The concierge service was unsurpassed!!!I believe her name was Kelly, however, the ENTIRE STAFF WERE GREAT!! It's a small place , that proves, "BIG THINGS COME IN SMALL PACKAGES!!"FAT MANS TWO THUMBS UP!!!

Bought 2 pre rolls of different strains and when I got home there was only one pre roll which I didn't realize till after I smoked it but it was labeled a completely different strain of those which I bought. When I called the store, the clerk was obviously more stoned than I was and claimed he couldn't understand what I was saying! Don't go here!! Super incompetent and unhelpful when you call to report it. He had zero interest in making his wrong right!

This is one of the best places you can go for flower, and has great deals for the area on shatter, and other distillates, wax, live rosin, ect. Sometimes since deals vary often, Sahara Wellness has the best deals on flower! It's hard to beat 28 dollar 8th deals, and 2 for twenty grams, which change often, so you get to try lots of strains! Also they carry very high potency flower, often all sorts of strains, usually at a better price point compared to the rest of the valley. The staff is super dope, and will listen, and suggest and educate you on any part of the bud, down to terpenes, and their individual benefits! They also have a raffle once a week for A one dollar half ounce! All you have to do is spend enough in the dispensary to enter! I dunno any other dispensary that does this! Do yourself a favor and choose quality, price, and customer service, and go here instead of the other dispensaries in the area. Enjoy!~

The smallest bag they have is a pre-roll bag and it's a dollar they have small parking lot nothing's ever on sale their pre-rolls are never under $15 what are those they don't give locals discounts they don't have no discounts. And their flowers just overly priced being that they've been selling flower for longer than 2 years they should have some sort of discount

I give this dispensary a 5 star rating. I've been to several stores here in the valley and feel that the whole experience at this one is incrediably soothing. This staff is efficient and easy to talk to. They make it comfortable to ask any questions you may have. Also, there is a wide variety of products here to explore. So, I suggest you come feel this one out for yourself.
