Very unprofessional horrible customer service arrived at 8 o’clock walked in and spoke with Oscar before I can finish explaining to him what was wrong with my truck he assumed that something was bent and he was it was not fixable without even looking at my car I asked if he can look at it he took a quick glance at my truck and said it will not fit in his garage good year I really liked coming to get service from you guys sad to say I will be going with Big O tires I think your employee Oscar needs a little more training on customer service you don’t refuse a customer without looking at his car one of the worst experience I’ve had I’m electrician and I service my vehicle once a month and I will no longer be taking it to Goodyear
