Been there several times since they have solid service and selection. I decided to start measuring their grams and noticed that they are consistently shorting them by around a 1/4g! It seems like they charge several dollars less than average because they are shorting people, so there’s really no savings and they are scammers! My new place nearby measures exactly a gram every time. Beware

Too much mistakes from workers Usually I buy walk in, but today I made an order online. The girl who was serving me could not find my order, tried to sell me another product twice as expensive, and as a result, she put the goods that I did not order in a paper bag. Right now, instead of resting, I was forced to return to the store to exchange the goods for the one I need. But they did not exchange the wrong goods to the right one. Joe, who works there as a security guard, did not let me in after he asked the girl who made this mistake. I lost time and money in the store Green Earth Collection. And I will never recommend this store again. Beware and always double check what they put to your paper bag!

Long lines at the entrance. Everyone sneezes and coughs at each other. Very slow workers. Sellers are not justifiably pulling time. It took the seller at least 5 minutes to bring the goods and it turned out to be a wrong product. She took a few more attempts to find the right product, she was in no hurry, she was walking relaxed, barely moving her legs, she did not care about long lines and the people who were waiting for her, she was in no hurry.

Recently relocated from San Diego, skeptical of delivery services in a new area and residing in Burbank I searched for a locale to tend to my medical cannabis needs. Green Earth Coll. Was easy to navigate to, clean and professional all staff were extremely knowledgeable, amicable, friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice. It’s in a very safe environment, all aspects of society from professionals to age eligible college student types seemed to frequent Green Earth Collective because they have a large assortment of modalities and made it very easy to make new choices or turn to one’s tried and true preferences. Myself being a veteran enjoyed the industry standard Military / Veteran discount. I hands down refuse to go anywhere else. I enthusiastically recommend Green Earth Collective from the truly discerning to novice and all in between. Great Job Green Earth Coll. Feb 21 UPDATE I've been back many times since I wrote this review they [Green Earth Collective] just keep getting better I'm not sure where they harvest their people from, but they truly are the Creme de' la Creme the Cream of the Crop if you will- excellent choice don't waste you time anywhere else Green Earth will exceed your expectations. /S/ with great enthusiasm Ed Mendez. !!!!

This place I great when they have stuff you want in stock, but then they don’t and the website isn’t updated, so you’re stuck getting reservations cancelled constantly until you just decide to show up and now you gotta wait in line. Just wish the website could be updated when they’re out of stock so I actually know what there is or the first time the reservation gets cancelled they send a message saying what they actually have in stock in the category of what I was buying.

Dude. First of all great vibe not sketchy you are just going to the store. I like that. Very helpful and happy people. Great service. At first I was like is kinda expensive tax and what not an 8th was 57 . BUT in the end I left with 2 more items. The amazing ftp discounts made it possible fur me to come back sooner. Finally paid 68 3 items. all outstanding . Great job guys. Yay!!!!

Very cool dispensary. Clean, customer service is always great, the associates are very attentive to your needs. The young lady, Laneea, who helped me was very patient with me through the entire process and was super educated on the products. Not to mention super nice!This is my go to dispensary. Plus they have good pre-roll deals.

This place doesn't know what the state law is. My was going there and a medical prescription for cannabis and the charged him to much on the taxes. He brought it to a employees attention and they told him it was right. So my friend went to another place and he was charged correctly. Don't go to this place if you have a medical prescription, because you will be over charged. I will contact the Better Business Bureau.

To start customer service was not great in the sales area. Loved the receptionist but the budtender seemed he was ready to call it a day. Secondly agreeing on some aspects of Art Bandit review I understand there are taxes as my state has plenty too. However; I was told one price and charged another, the 10% really doesn’t do anything when stuff like that happens. Maybe better communications would be best. I asked about the set price and was confirmed that’s before taxes. When I seen on the receipt the original value was $11 more than the original given price PLUS taxes.

Hey this place is what i imagine a dispensary would be. Good service from the staff with one exception, I came to pickup what i come to get and parked in front of the building and not supposed to park in the spoti parked. So i go in to present my driver's license but before i get to the window the security guard asked me if that tahoe belonged to me and i said yes, he told me i had to move it. Well I'm going to when i get finished here. So he told me no that i had to move it before i checked in and made my purchase. I was abit confused because i understood that his job was the dispensary security but not the parking enforcement. I'm a grown man and if i decide to chance getting a parking ticket it is my own concern and not his or the dispensary's concern. What I'm saying is he needs to know his limits of his job and understand that he is security for the business, but he absolutely has not one single thing to do with the parking of Anyone in the street. I just want to give him so instructions for his own well-being because I'm pretty dam picky about what someone telling me what i have to do when they are not paying me to listen to them and their confused mind with mouth. Other than that the place is Tops with a Zig Zag! And that's Dope that's up in Smoke.
