I drive 50 miles round-trip to go to this dispensary. It's inconvenient, but I love the product. The day I went to pick up my OMMP needs, the internet was down. I waited way to long just to get told that they can't make sales. There was no, hey we'll put that aside for you, or anything. They just said we can call you when we're back up and running. No sorry for the inconveniences, or hey we can give you x amount off your next visit or anything. I called the next morning at 8:30, and they tell me the product I wanted and drive 50 miles for, was out of stock!! I spend a lot of money there, and customer service is a big deal to me. Probably will not be going back.

Always amazing quality for a great price. Only place I go for my fresh flower, great oil and cartridges, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. And during these stressful and hard times with the virus, they've gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe and things still running efficiently! Thank you everyone at Vth LMNT! Y'all Are Amazing

NOT WORTH GOING TO. I was extremely dissatisfied with my service here I.purchase some products that had no odor due to the way that they were stored and once I got home the product was completely unacceptable uncured hash. I called twice and nobody would let me talk to a manager nor give me any sort of assistance or help in any way shape or form not even in a condolence or here is a way to make this better for your problems I wasted my money on an overpriced product that is not worth its weight tried to call multiple times to be polite and even reach out and send an email very bad customer service.

This used to be one of my favorite spots. Now, the guys that started it have moved up and on, and the staff just isn't as friendly or cool. Sorry dudes, you're cool, but the people you left to run this place are lame!Prices are high too.

I could be a little pissed but.... I have been a loyal ommp patient since the opening of 5th element. The prices are too high compared to diamond Tree, and what they say they are is NOT the same as you get charged. look very carefully at your reciept if you can manage to get one. The staff turnover is terrible, and they are just plain RUDE.

Super wow!! This place has very amazing staff! Soo friendly and patient. . Warm smiles and high fives greet you here. . Knowledgeable and helpful staff. . And the flower. . OH MY goodness. . Flower is best in town. . Cheaper than Oregrown and better IMHO. Korbyn is the man!! Super funny and knows his stuff. . I've found a home away from home here. . Definitely will come back, definitely will recommend them to ANYONE.
