After living at a complex the Havens in Fountain Valley for 8 years, I moved to Regency Palms in H.B. 3 mos ago and the difference is a VERY noticeable.The tenants are friendlier, the office staff is very friendly, they listen with compassion and understanding. They try to handle all and any problems. It is also VERY quiet compared to the other complex.With all of these improvements, it also offers easy walking distance to Home Depot, Big Lots the Post Office and many many more. Normally one would have to drive too or take public transportation.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL THESE REASONS AND MANY MORE!!!!!!!!!!! RATED #1 IN MY BOOK!!!
