I have went to this for club for about 6 years now since it was a medical only club in the mall. Over the years it's been ups and downs dealing with different regulations and product shortages. Overall they built a good team with their strong leadership. The owners of this business are great examples to the community, always humble, and kind. The product selection has really become one of the best in the East Bay over time. Prices are reasonable and they run specials. (Pro tip: don't overlook the lower price bud i.e. dimebag, old pal.🔥$26ish1/8OTD) Happy to still say Seven Stars is Number 1☝️

I just went there, super friendly, compassionate staff, easy sign up process and the tax has already been added to the med prices, so there are no surprise fees at the end. Very streamlined and painless dynamic they have here compared to some dispensaries.

I recently purchased two 1/8’s of Harle Tsu CBD flower by Rosette Farms from 7 Star Holistic Healing Center in Richmond Ca. Upon opening both jars, I found them all to be completely dried rotted out and falling apart upon touch. I was told to contact one of the owners Zee, who I emailed at [email protected] on 3/15/20 and still have yet to receive a response. Extremely professional way of running a business. They gave me the run around for days when calling, stating that they could not accept returns, when the California Bureau of Cannabis Control section 5410 clearly states “a licensed retailer may accept returns of cannabis goods...” including flower. The dispensary wouldn’t allow me to return them or even exchange them for something that wasn’t dry rotted. I didn’t even want my money back, just good flower. Needless to say I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I strongly urge any fellow military veterans to use the other dispensaries in the Bay Area

This is my favorite cannabis store! I didn't have an ID when I first visited this place, so I stayed outside while my husband shopped. Frank who checks IDs kept me company and he was so nice! He was proud to say that they are one of the most secure cannabis shops. Went there again couple of months later, this time with an ID, and it was great. It was a small shop, but they had such a great selection of products. Everyone was so nice and helpful!

I cannot believe I haven't reviewed 7 Stars yet! I love this place, the budtenders, security, front desk staff are all great to interact with. The selection is awesome and they have a nice price range as well. From flowers to edibles to cartridges and daps-I'm always happy when I leave. I'm excitedly awaiting the opening of the new location and hope that perhaps I'll be granted access and allowed to take some pics to post as cell phones are of course a big No No inside!

I use to be a regular customer until I noticed that seven star dispensary started manipulating their prices on product that never sells, they would increase the price in old product. They over charge and are inconsistent with prices. I use to buy there but no anymore. I now go to barberycoast and love it there.. prices are good and they also have a much better reward program than seven star... I think they need to change the name of their business to a few stars, their definitely not seven star prices or service... people do your research, there are much better quality and better prices near this place... we have to start holding these folks accountable. They are making a killing off is us

Small but friendly marijuana dispensary and store. I was only interested in Edibles on this trip so I didn't pay attention to the broader offerings. However I did notice they had some small plants as well as a decent but not exhaustive collection of edibles as well as a collection of different flower based products. Conveniently located near the freeway so it's an easy in and out experience.

Easy in, easy out. Helpful staff. Open til 8 pm. I get there at 7:50 pm and they are happy to serve me and do not rush me out so they can close up shop. Amazing stock of merchandise. There are always customers inside and a short line ahead, but they are quick and professional. Other businesses could learn the art of friendly retail from this business.

Stopped in today at 7 Stars Holistic Healing Center and I can’t wait to have host another Heavy Hitters Demo day at this shop. The staff are all so welcoming, the budtenders are knowledgeable and helpful and When I walk out I have learned something new. They are expanding the shop as well! Which is great news for everybody. Who knows what new feature may come with the expansion :-)

Working at a distribution company I have seen many different shops. 7 Star Holistic Healing Center hits all areas of a great shop. Wide variety of products for consumers to choose from, friendly staff and knowledgeable respectable budtenders. 7 Stars also has in their inventory Heavy Hitter vape cartridges. For the best tasting most enjoyable high.
