Will never be going here again. At first their prices were fine but now they've been raised unreasonably in my opinion. Staff is rude and snobby everytime I'm there. Parking is always terrible, and when a friend of mine had an issue with the service she tried to address with the owner Ed, he treated her like an annoying child and just dismissed her. He was extremely unprofessional and seems like he just does not care about his customers. Never going back.

Seems like the prices keep going up every other week in the flower quality gets lower Had a dispute with a worker of a family member at the shop so was then treated unfairly and not respected when I tried to contact the owner about it He did not care to hear my side of the story and Will not be spending my money there and do not recommend to family friends or anyone else high lake is a very good way to go located at 2820 Maywood Dr

Awesome. Victor who owns the shop is fantastic at letting you know what you need as well as the difference in product. Not to mention that the price is a always just right.I will no longer go anywhere else.

Changing my review as I said I would. Great bud tenders, over all good experience. Prices are decent. When I arrived I thought I was gonna be there for a long time cause how many people were there. Although I wasn't , maybe like 15 minutes I waited. Here's my least favorite part of this place, once I got back where I can actually look and buy, there was no looking. Just 2 lines straight to the register, I understand I could have looked around but I feel like a burden asking people if I can get through also they have a binder with the pot they have and what not. But I was super uncomfortable to be honest, it was way to packed with people to even look around at things . Honestly don't even know what they have there besides what the binder said. I wanted to look around and really get things I wanted, not something of off pressure. I say pressure because I felt pressured just to pick something quick and felt so nervous to even leave the line to browse. I'll have to try to come in a non busy time and day and check if it's different. I have social anxiety, and it was alot for me to get some pot. This is a great place though, I recommend to everyone since I've been in. Thanks for giving this town a dispensary!

At the age of 64 I finally went into a Cannabis shop today, I was nervous and didn't know what to expect.The young gentleman that greeted me was so kind I immediately felt at ease.He was very knowledgeable - I was really impressed.I am thankful we have A Better Way In Klamath Falls.

Best dispensary I've been too. Staff is super friendly and very patient. They are also knowledgable of their product, which is refreshing. I go there maybe 5 or 6 times a month and they tend to be pretty busy most days, which is understandable as they are the only dispensary in town right now. But you can definitely tell that the budtenders hustle to keep things moving as quickly as possible!

Long wait inside and out, but good product and service. Most of the time I already know what I want but still takes about 30 min to get product. This is probably the most annoying thing about this dispensary but they are still getting used the transition from medical to recreational. Overall 4/5. Would go again, I just hope I can get in and out faster in the future.

“Serving” means different things to different people. As a military spouse I’ve always been told I’m serving right along my partner. From deployments, to long hours, I fully support my military spouse. But this isn’t enough for A Better Way Medicine. After visiting and receiving a military discount since their opening, they no longer will give me a military discount. Not that the 10% adds up to much, but it’s always a nice gesture to see at any business in the area. Such a shame.

Highly unprofessional! Very incosistent with their protocols. Take a number, but dont check at the door. Stinky waiting room. Every derelict you avoid at Walmart is here, cutting in front of you in the waiting room, and the cahotic free for all after you are allowed to enter the product room. Charging a dollar for an exit bag that is their responsibility is just sure sign of greed in an already extremely profitable business. Cant wait for a REAL and professional outfit to hopefully make a move.I will NEVER spend a dime here again. Chiloquin has better prices, friendly and more knowledgeable staff, as well as a more laid back approach. Way better product too.Can i do negative stars?

Do not recommend at all, I've been to this dispensary many times in the past even before the recreation opening and they are still horrible in many areas such as always low on stock, never opening during advertised times and closing early and without notice (look at other reviews), very low choice and poor quality to cost. I've been to many other dispensaries in Oregon and Washington and their prices usually reflect upon their quality but not here. I am a medical card holder and require this for my patients and with how unreliable and rude the owner and staff can be I'd much rather grow for my patient or take my money elsewhere. Also as you can tell the owner likes to take criticism horribly and talk back to reviews and serious help because he is obviously all knowing. Serious review 0/5.No they didnt just open and they have not changed. They just opened as recreational and it is still the same. Iv'e ALWAYS had issue with them and this is not a recent problem.
