I have been purchasing my Meds here for quite some time getting excellent informative knowledge to my needs. I am a 62year old disabled VETERAN and was recieving their senior discount (Very Nice Perk 10%) plus the (Greatly Appreciated) MILITARY/VETERAN 10% discount , off-setting state taxes in a way. Personal opinion: Veterans shouldn't have to pay sales tax for Medicine that the government WONT pay for but yet recommends. Compassion Helped .. Now all of the sudden , no more back to back discounts and according to management it's because their own employees were manipulating their own system. Management now taking it out on the patients and refuse to accommodate the very same VETS patient/patients that fought with our lives so we all can be here where we are today with legal dispensaries. Ironically , not being sarcastic, I can receive a 30% discount , (10% Senior) (10% Military) (10%Online Order) , plus bonus credits for all purchases from a competitor around the corner and WAY MORE COMPASSIONATE.. I explained to therapeutic management I was still coming here getting 20% discount because of past great experiences. Now all of the sudden its only 10% ???, Your change in policy does not reflect well as what is the percentage of young disabled veterans with scared bodies, emotional disorders, physical impairments that have to pay out of pocket for meds with exorbitant taxes , remembering there's more people/patients purchasing nowdays than disabled VETS on low income ..LOSE PATIENTS , LOSE PURCHASES, LOSE PURCHASES , LOSE PROFITS,Thanks for your time and greediness .You the OWNER , then there's No Need Talking Anymore, offering 15% discount when Your Competitor gives 20% Veterans discount plus prices include taxes and still being very close to your regular prices without tax , Second competitor totals 30% ..... 10% Veterans , 10% senior ,and 10% for placing an advanced online order , and also gives additional % if purchased before 11am.Reply states thanks for your service but yet offering a disabled vet only 15% It's an easy one to figure out. Therapeutic Alternative's 15% is 15%Why get 15% when you can get 20% . Better YetWhy get 15% when you can get 30% They both have REWARDS TOO like the good ol days.

I have been going here for a about month now and the last time I went I got a defective tip for a cartridge. I had called and asked what they could do and they said to bring it in. I brought it in it’s original package and the receipt and they more than willing exchanged it. Jacqueline who had helped me was so amazing asking me what kind I wanted and helped me chose a better more fitting one for myself. I had such an amazing experience there and I can’t wait to go back.

Great place to anyone who is looking for an alternative treatment for anxiety and Depression. I have had questions on what could help my wife with her anxiety. This place was helpful in giving us directions on medicinal cannabis starting with CBD oils and vaping. Sophia was are bar tender she was so Great I would reccomended her to anyone looking or having questions with Cannabis.

I have been going here for almost 4 years. I usually have a great experience. Good product and lots of options. Last night, however, I was treated incredibly poorly. I am usually in and out. I arrived and there was no parking in the back. My only complaint is the fact that they only have 4 parking spots. The have surveillance cameras that watch you park as you are not allowed to park anywhere else. Like they can’t work out something with the business next to them that has an entire parking lot!! Really? Especially after business hours, give me a break. I was told, rudely, by a security guard to move my car and park in front. Okay, front row no problem. Than there were 3 employees out front that told me I was not allowed to park there, rudely again. I have seen plenty of people throughout the 4 years I have been going here park in the spots I was trying to park in, but they would not let me in the building. Ridiculous. Told me to park across the street, which if you know the area, is a pain in the ass. There is no easy way to turn around and park across the street. Wait through 2 stoplights and pull into the gas station to turn around, wait through 2 more stop lights and cross your fingers that the ONE spot that was open is still open while you have other cars driving around trying to park to go in and support this business. I finally had to leave. I had an appointment I was almost late to. I drive out of my way to go to this shop because I really DID like it. They will never receive my business again and I could not be more disappointed in the treatment I received.

This place is a commercial rip off. Went because it was closer and paid $20 more than Delta Wellness. And the Nug 6 packs of pre rolls aren't just selling packaging and hidden Bic lighters but using sexy looking females on the packaging to sell. Female exploitation at its finest so can't support a shop that is greatly over priced and selling product that exploits women in the packaging. But its the commercial unfriendly feel and prices. I mean wow! Delta Wellness off Broadway continues to have the best prices and options in Sacramento.

First and last time I'll be stopping here. Long wait at least 30 minute, no vet discount... weird layout to buy products an very few too far for customers to see. The waiting room was comfortable but people having conversations out loud were annoying. The older lady that was checking me in got my name wrong on their waiting list so I had to wait longer then I should of. Said that I couldn't use my medical rec because I have an out of state drivers license... so? Never heard that in the two years I've been here an been to 50+ other dispensaries. The guy in the back was nice an helpful an honest an the pot looks/smells good, 2 stars.

I just got my card and I visited a few different places in the area and the minute I walked into this place I knew I was done looking. The staff was all very nice, friendly and personable. They sat with me in their comfortable and welcoming waiting area with a few different binders explaining their products and policies and made my experience one of the best and didn't push me through a line. I walked out feeling I was welcomed into a new positive chapter of my life, more educated and accepted and not judged or like just another cash sale..I felt they sincerely care and support the cause and everyone's individualism. Awesome place and I won't go anywhere else. :-)

I brought my father here, it was his first experience. I am not a card holder and have never used any products in regards to marijuana so I cannot speak of their quality...however after being verbally abused and belittled in their waiting room while waiting for my father to finish his consultation is NOT OK...I guess class and "drugs" don't mix. I had asked to use the bathroom while waiting, then was accused of using some sort of marijuana or something in there...I have never touched the stuff and was taken aback when being verbally accused/abused by the giant black man at the door. As I was not the only one to use the bathroom but was in there for 5 minutes meant I was to blame...are these people getting paranoid using their own supply..eeek! Daniel a staff member and I quote said I smell pot in the bathroom...umm..the whole place smells of pot.I was then subjected to verbal abuse from the doorman..i told him to frisk and check by pockets and test me some how...instead he would rather give me dirty looks and call me a liar for the next hour while waiting in there...can we say great customer service-HA! no way! Daniel at the counter was extremely nice but I felt did nothing to discuss this wrongful accusation..looks like I will be taking this to small claims and the BBB...which I am happy to do as terrible customer service should not be tolerated. I suggest spend your hard earned money elsewhere. As for the place itself, I would say its not as homey and nice looking as on their website...definitely felt a bit rough around the edges in there...not homey, a bit scary, and quite a bit of rif raf in and out... So if you are seeking something nice and professional...keep looking ...Decemeber 5 2016

I've only been there once, but I immediately felt at home. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, making sure that you are taken care of throughout the entire process, including a full tour, personal recommendations for lifestyle adjustments as well as product choices. Extremely knowledgeable with what they carry, as well as tailoring the needs to the patient. I will be coming back here elusively in the future, the service is that good.

They weren't able to do the exchange I was there trying to do but the manager was courteous and polite with me. He didn't even act aggravated with me that it was past closing time.On the way out the security guard had two hugs for me, his hugs was friendly which was a nice change from the tackling, handcuffing and tazing I got at "All About Money"... I mean "All About Wellness"ATA was informative, they had a well organized medicine cabinet. I was impressed with their patient services calendar as well.Thanks for doing right things for the patients ATA.
