This is such an oasis in this bustling city. Very peaceful. The move in process was a breeze and the manager Susan made that process even better. Super informative and ready to help. Definitely recommend this place.*disclaimer: this facility has two floors and no elevator but if you have people to help and not too many heavy items, shouldn’t be a problem.

By chance I stopped by at the Garden Green Apartments to find out if there would be an apartment available to move in within a few weeks... I was hoping to set up an appointment with the Property Manager and come in when the schedule permits... Susan welcomed me at the door and took time to ask what my needs were and offered possible options. All that without an appointment! Needless to say I was happy with someone taking time and care; In less than three weeks I moved in! This was a great experience and I am happy to share it;

When I moved in here this place was great. Some new jerks took over and they've raised the rent over 5% each year since and this year they went even higher. This place is way way overpriced. There's gang grafitti in the front, cracks in the walkways, and spots where they replaced the beautiful red stone walkways with some other color and it looks terrible. The neighborhood is filled with stores that closed long ago and never reopened. The landlords spend very little of our hard earned money on upkeep and hire the cheapest contractors they can find. Also, there's a great rooftop antenna that they won't fix so we can tap into it, and since the channels all disappeared shortly after the digital TV transition took place, I wouldn't be surprised if they allowed Time Warner to deliberately disconnect it. That's a common practice in L.A.
