Feedback:
Eric has always treated me like family. I often get same day service, even on moderate repairs with no appointment. I always feel well informed before deciding on repairs and Eric has always stood by his work. I'll continue to go back to them for advice, maintenance and repairs. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else and always recommend this Tire Choice to everyone. The only shop I have never felt the need for a second opinion.

I took my vehicle here for new tires and to have my engine light checked. Being a female taking a car In is very intimidating. Eric was very courteous, helpful, honest, and quick. He did exactly what he said he would do and walked me through the process as well as made sure I understood what needed to be done. He even went on to help me out more with my vehicle when he was under no obligation to do so.I recommend going to tire choice Moreno valley without reservation. Eric went above and beyond to ensure my confront in the process and took excellent care of my car. I’ve never felt so at ease at a mechanic. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Definitely worth stopping at this location Eric runs the shop very professionally and is very helpful. Will is great as well, he was very friendly and straight forward. Went in because my brake light had just come on and within 30 minutes I was back on the road SAFELY Fast.Friendly.Honest.Professional.Clean. Adding this shop to my go to list !

I went to Autozone to find out an issue on my car and for a new battery but the customer service was horrible and supposedly can not find a problem with my car. Plus they were short staff and couldn't put the battery in for me. And didn't even have the right tools. I went next door to Tire Choice desperately to help me so I can make it to work. And Will and Eric went out there way to install the battery and even find an issue with my car. I now know what's wrong and I'm good to go. Thanks for the help and great customer service guys I appreciate it

I'd recomend going to Firestone off of allesandro in Moreno valley. The service here was extremely rude from the begining, the staff member who attended us was unwilling to listen and was extremely rude with his response to my husband. He seemed extremely irritated when he though he would have to actually work on the car ( I mean that's what this place is for right?). Anyways we took our vehicle to Firestone and were met with a waaaaaay better attitude and a fair and low price for the same thing the staff member here was so lazy to do.

Great service! Took my car in for an oil change today and Eric was very honest on the amount of time it would take to have the service done. Very friendly guy and my car was ready exactly when he said it would be. I started coming here about a year ago now when I first moved to Moreno Valley and we’ve always had great service which is why we continue to return.

I arrived at Tire Choice Automotive & was pleasantly greeted by Travis & Eric. Whereby, they immediately helped me & gave me excellent Customer Service & an unbeatable tire replacement price. Eric was very understanding to my situation as I am a single mother of an epileptic son with developmental delays. I am very appreciative for the excellent and the expedienct service. These guys are extremely helpful! I called and they were able to help me as soon as I walked into the store! welcomed me, made me feel comfortable and told me to not worry that they would take care of the broken part of my car. A mechanic got my keys and looked at my car, within 30 minutes I was walking out with my car fixed! Great services! Totally recommend it!

Call the shop has a flat tires and Answer the phone was answer by Erick and let him know my problem was late and I need it to get it fix and he could easily turn me down do to the time but he said bring it over I don’t want to leave you like this. Got there and fix right away. It is amazing the help thank great customer service!!!. Thank you

My car had a problem with the power steering. I recieved a power steering flush but that didn't fix the issue. I expressed how I felt and received excellent customer service from Eric and the rest of the technicians towards resolving the problem. They figured out the issue, a bad alternator and replaced it. They even called the Chevy and Cadillac dealerships to see if my car had any recalls so that I wouldn't have any additional problems later on. I feel at ease, very thankful, and appreciate the help and honesty that I have received.
