I have purchased several washer over the years and have found them to be a real value. Recently one of the washer was in need of repair or replacement. As it turned out the washer needed to be replaced and the entire service call charge was deducted from the price of the replacement washer. I highly recommend A-1 Appliances to anyone in need of major appliances

I came in for a refrigerator paid 260.00. Within 2 hours a friend gave me one so i weny back to get a refund they didnt want to give me my money back. I never even took their refrigerator off of their property yet. I will never go to them again

Charged me a replacement part for a fridge that that's 5 times more than what it cost at Amazon is perhaps a bit greedy plus no warranty plus 120 dollars worth of labor in less than an hour job. Never again.

Just returned from this business for a refund want to inform the public not to do business with them they have thieves as workers if you do happen to use them never pay them cash up front and Always Always check any work order- invoice receipt before they leave if there is any adjustments on these forms make sure you are aware and initial any changes written down I was told that is the buyers responsibly to do so I would think that if they are Profesional it would be good business practice for Them to do so Be Aware Thieves don't leave paper trails or report cash transactions to the owners that being said it was a over $ 140 lesson learned this world has changed can't trust anymore

This is a great place to purchase or have repairs done. Both, the owner and Merriam are friendly and will gladly answer questions. They saved me $600.00 with some friendly advice....Thumbs Up to these folks!!!!
