Feedback:

Yesterday was one of the best days of my life, relief-wise & otherwise. I have gouty osteoarthritis in hands & feet, & it forced me to stop my two favorite things: running & music. Tough enough...but the unremitting joint pain made me mean & angry, besides. I don’t want the usual round of Western drugs (which may attack the liver, kidneys, brain, & other vital organs), just to reduce pain & inflammation. I called these folks. They were courteous & helpful, in the way people used to be in the 1950s. It was refreshing. From the link they texted me,I applied online to their medical group associates, which fast-tracked the process. A1’s customer service representatives & I traded a few phone calls, a couple of texted pix, & it was done: quickly & simply. The time which elapsed from my initial inquiry to my obtaining physical relief (delivered to my front door), was four-and-a-half hours, or less. They are models of professional discretion when making home deliveries in your neighborhood. I’m not going to call anybody else, or drive downtown. I’m not a fan of running around shopping, so home delivery works for me. Besides, they gave me a free cookie to welcome me as a new customer. I think Mr. Rogers would have enjoyed being around them.
