It's a busy place for car insurance an so much more they help plan out trips .or give you maps if you want to do it your self plus theres a dmv there that's faster than going to there office its awesome place to be part of .an there prices are kinda up to you to decide what you need they will help point things out but in the end it's your decision what you get

Great place and great service. Every time I go there I get the best service and the best smiles. I always ask for Laura or Robert (Angel Robert) Spanish and/or English. They are to help people the best. When I am getting help by one of them, the other one always goes to say hi to me. Laura calls me mijo. When I go by myself she tells to say hi to my wife and my newborn son. She asks me of why I didn't take my little fluffy Pomeranian with me. She loves him and he loves her as well. Extremely friendly. I think we Love being treated like that.

Good service much better than the DMV but still had to wait in line 15 minutes. Been doing business with them for over 10 years now and have never had any problems with their service. Claims all got in & got fixed quickly and they paid for a rental car while mine was in the shop. Not the cheapest insurance but most things that are cheap are not good and most things that are good are not cheap, but ultimately AAA may be the best overall value when you want good service and no grief. Also it's great to go to the office & get printed paper maps and guide books for the areas that you will be traveling to. They have all the hotels & motels and local attractions for those areas.

Love AAA. They are quick and can take care of almost all things for the DMV. Not to mention the towing service and insurance. Very professional and they know what their doing. They care about their customers. First thing they ask you (when calling for a tow truck or whatever help you need) are you in your car and safe. Before anything else is even said. Are you safe. I LOVE THIS PLACE.Thank you AAA for taking care of me.

Insurance is still one of the most expensive and recently I experienced that you could be a customer w/ AAA for 30 years but unless you have FULL coverage auto insurance, they will NOT fight for you or have your back like you feel they should. Road side service is still the best with AAA, and am happy to know I get to take advantage of other benefits even if I only have road side service membership.

I am so happy that Patricia Callaway was able to help my daughter and I have the most amazing getaway to Bali, Indonesia! As my travel agent she made the arrangements so much easier and extremely organized! She arranged our excursions there in the office so we had it ready before we arrived. The travel group that she arranged for us to pick up and drop off at the airport, as well as for our excursions was equally amazing! Our driver was so kind and educated us on the history of Bali as we were in the car. Patricia was in constant communication and even checked in upon our return to see how our trip went. I am so thankful for her help and definitely recommend AAA and Patricia for travel arrangements!

I went in for my registration and ended up purchasing a new insurance plan. It was cheaper and with better coverage than any independent insurance broker could get me. The agent was very amicable and industry-wise, as were the clerks who helped with my registration. As a bonus, the building was very cool inside which was wonderful in the July heat. I'll definitely go back and recommend anyone to go here.

Watch out if you get Don the claims adjuster. I have been with AAA for most of my life. Same with my family. Apparently since we moved to Modesto from SF we are “treated differently because of fraud in the area.”Worst experience I have ever had with a company I pay. He tried to give me 132 or so for what turned out to be 3000. Not sure what the benefit of this was for Don or AAA because. Watch out for them. They are not about customer service. Go somewhere else.

I cannot reccomend this place enough. Not only is AAA membership helpful for roadside calls, but the DMV counter is extremely helpful and convenient. I have saved myself at least 3 trips to the DMV in the last 6 months. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Additionally my agent and his assistant are the kindest and most helpful people I've ever worked with. Having gone AAA, I will never go back.

To the owner, your company should have no 1 star reviews, are you checking your staff's attitudes? and their customer service work? Or is it the owner who needs to be checked? I am planning on coming in soon, I better get some good service or I will raise some hell and put your staff AAA in your places! I advise you to keep up with making sure all customers are satisfied!!
