The AAA has an interesting history which depicts how their professional goals and activities including their quality educational programs have led to the improvement and modernizing of surface and air transportation infrastructures. According to research studies the AAA's educational programs have helped reduce the number of teen driver crashes and dangers of drinking and driving. Other initiatives include use of seat belts, Emergency Road Services, telephone services, towing operations, TDD number for hearing impaired, Approved Auto Repair programs for members, providing maps, scholarships for courses, online technician locator, supportive emergency services at times of natural disasters, assisting the government in beautifying the highways & preservation of America's scenic heritage, education of motorists, protection of culture and ecosystems of the places they visit plus the relevant and useful online programs and services.

Kari DeLaMaterThe absolute best! She was amazing! we did 99% of everything via email. She worked hard to get us the best deal ever!!! We recently moved from CA to AZ and were utterly clueless on what we needed to do. Not only did she help us get set up with insurance, she told us other steps we would need to do in order to get our cars registered here. She went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for and this woman deserves a paid vacation and a raise!!!!!

I think AAA offices are a hit or miss, you either get nice or rude people. This is the 3rd one in two months in two different states, that I've been to for travel or car information. This office was the same, one lady is nice the other 2 are rude, and unfortunately the nice one can't help you. It frustrates me when I pay a well-known company for service and they lack customer care.

Shout out to Ryana at the local Chandler AAA Office for impeccable, friendly service! She was absolutely AMAZING in helping me setup my own membership today, and she even equipped me with a backup hard copy map route and very helpful tour books for my planned travels. Ryana was the consummate professional; knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful. Thank you so much, Ryana, and the rest of the gracious and helpful staff at Chandler AAA.

This AAA office is staffed with great people! We moved from Northern California and at our office we had just felt like ##'s for years! After the first few minutes of being here, we knew this office was different!! Very personable service in all of our needs. Took all the time we needed on multiple visits and phone calls. Our new agent has always been available to us, returning phone calls and following through when she says she'll do something. We aren't used to this type of service!! Another visit when our agent wasn't in the office; as we just stopped by, another agent stepped in to help us and was amazing! We love this office!!

I needed passport photos, people were great, location was very convenient. I know many people to go stores or pharmacies, but I have had their photos rejected in the past. People at AAA knew exactly what is required, so I know the photos are accepted by the passport office. People were so nice, easy parking, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Super convenient!

Although, I didn’t personally make a visit to this location in particular. There’s an employee of AAA that deserves way more than 5 stars. Today while moving, I had a serious blowout on the middle of the freeway. I initially went to a tire shop (being deceived) to have my vehicle fixed only to find out they couldn’t help. Needless to say that after hours of driving, being in the heat, and dealing with my kids, Ben didn’t stop until my family made it home safe

Tried to book a European trip.I had high expectations about how smoothly it would go.It didn't.I went to Mesa... same thing.I came home and booked everything myself on-line.Don't waste your time if you aren't going on a cruise or a guided tour.

My husband just passed away and I wanted to sell our Smart car without the hassle of putting ads out and strangers coming to my house. The last newsletter I received from AAA talked about car buying. I contacted "Soup" Campbell at this office and he came to my house to drive, take pictures and information about the car. He posted it to the buyers online and that afternoon came back with an offer. It was a good offer. I drove the car to his office and the receptionist was very friendly and greeted me immediately. It was the first time I visited this office although have been a member for a number of years. I was definitely impressed by the atmosphere and will return again for their other services.

We went to the Chandler office on Ray Road to plan a trip back to Maryland, Washington, D.C., Tennessee and Kansas. The AAA representative who helped us was THE BEST!!!!!! What more can I say. She was EXTREMELY helpful, EXTREMELY professional, EXTREMELY PLEASANT, and EXTREMELY EFFICIENT!!!! I feel much more comfortable heading out with all the information she provided. Both my husband and I were amazed at the amount of information we walked away with for our trip. Thank you so much for your help!!!!
