They have gone about re-opening inside services the RIGHT way, to protect employees and customers against COVID-19. Socially distanced line outside, manned by employees. Limited access inside, masks required... Only a few separated stations open with acrylic shields in place between customer and employee. Individually wrapped pens to sign documents. Excellent job Upland AAA!

THE RUDEST location I have dealt with. Once was in person with the manager of all people and once was over the phone with an insurance associate. How the hell can these people be lacking in customer service when that is their EXACT JOB!!! If anyone from AAA's corporate management wants to contact me, feel free to. I'll give you all the info that you'll need to hopefully correct these people.

We book some rooms , flights for July And now AAA is trying to take it vantage do to this covid 19 saying that they’re Not able to refund us our money for hotel stay in Cabo’s Going to give us a voucher. Getting reimbursement just the flight doesn’t make sense. They are full of it and they can shove their voucher I’ve been a long-time AAA customer it’s sad if they don’t fix this ASAP and give me a full refund on everything. taking advantage of people during the COVID-19 is not right ,not only that Mexico is quarantined right now if you fly in there you have to stay 14 days. The gentleman Mazin which is in travel has not been very helpful either. Just giving us the runaround never even gave me any paperwork or confirmation of anything I was going with a group of around 12 couples. Maybe the news needs to hear about this one.

Who doesn't love AAA?! They offer everything and keep me away from the horrid DMV, except when it's time to renew my license 😭. The wait is never long and it's just an all around pleasant experience. Note: They only accept cash or check, no credit cards or debit so keep that in mind before going there.Thanks AAA!

I’ve been here twice now and both times I was given false information about their DMV services. Both times I had to go to the DMV to do what AAA is supposed do. Both times that I was there I was helped out by the same person and both occasions shes given me the wrong information. To her defense she seems like a new hire. Regardless of the fact this Office lacks customer service. I called another AAA location and said they where able to help me but unfortunately for me it was just too much out of my way. So I came to my local dmv to which my surprise only lasted an hour to take care of my situation.

I don't visit this office frequently, but I do go as a member annually to reinstate my registration, avoiding the long lines and the hassle of the dreaded DMV visit. The staff is so helpful and polite there. They offer services outside of vehicle registration such as insurance coverage for assets like your RV and your home. You can also plan a trip out of the country with them and take advantage of all the membership perks such as exclusive deals and discounts. Membership is required to receive any and all services. This is a cash only business and there is no atm onsite, so come prepared with what you need.

this place is ok some of the workers are really f***in rude iv been here a handful a times not by choice if u get some guy (Andrew ) ask 4 some 1 else to help u had to meet with him 2x very unhappy with his attitude there was some other lady there that was no help at all just cuz i didnt have my card on me she said she could help me when iv been a member 4ever idk if they were having a bad day but they should be alil bit more professional ladys at the front desk are nice

normally its very easy or simple coming in here and getting something done. One lady who i think worked at one of the small cubicle counter desks to the right when you walk in, was hovering around the receptionist desk as i came in a few minutes before close. She made some slick comment to me about my smokey odor. i was sort of amused, annoyed and offended all in one that she had the audacity to make a snarky comment like that so i just walked out rather serious. I'll make sure our needs will be handled at the Haven office from now on, somewhere where our patronage can be better appreciated
