If you must go to MedMen try the Abbot Kinney location (although there is no parking) ,NOT this one. There are only a couple floor people here that are knowledgeable, but for the most part they are winging it. Besides pushing the product they want to dump (for good reason) , the main reason is the attitude from the front door. Couldnt beleive it. I wont go into all the details, but I'll just say, that people who smoke pot are normally passive chilled folks, maybe they should 1st be met at your store by the same, not someone in a foul mood.Bottom line is you have slacked to the point that you have lost me as a customer, if you care. I passed at least 10 pot shops on the way to yours, wont be doing that again.Find yourself a Mom and Pop weed shop, there are a few around and patronize them folks, the service, attitude, and vibes here sucked.

I love this shop and have been here many times with pleasant experiences.... However... I was helped by a man this time in who was unprofessional and inappropriate...He made me extremely uncomfortable....Also did not seem to know what he was talking about re: Medmen products...Please, MedMen...dig deeper into who you let run your stores...

Came in about one week ago, awesome dude named Corey really helped me out. I had many questions and needed guidance for product selection and he went above and beyond to answer and help me out. Excellent experience and most definitely will be returning. His recommendations were on point and I am happy with my selections. Thanks a lot Corey & MedMen. 👊🏻👍🏻

I went into this location last night and Austin was the best! Not only was Austin super professional & friendly.. He recommended a product to me after I told him I was having trouble, it was EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for. I’ve tried many of different dispensary shops as well as different Med Men locations, this shop is hands down my favorite.

10/03/19: Bought an ounce here yesterday terrible herbs had stuff with seeds more potent. 10/17/19:Came back again, we’re too close in proximity for this not to work out. This time I got an ounce of classic indica for a legit price, have had it before, this is probably the nicest batch I’ve seen of it yet. Oh and David helped me, real cool dude, hip to the game. Still leaving review at 4 stars due to that terrible ounce of ghost daddy by valley Cali. I don’t even think that was real weed. I tried googling the grower, can’t find anything. I’d love to pull a Kramer on Seinfeld and send a sample to a lab with a sample of actual chronic and see if it’s even actually weed.10/24/19:Store reached out and made right from previous, first purchase. Definitely went above and beyond to make things right. Thank you.

My fiancé and I are new to California and recently moved to Venice. We have been to MedMen about four times and each time Bart has helped us. We would not go anywhere else. He is so knowledgeable, helpful and takes his time explaining the products. We are closer to the store on Abbot Kinney, but only go to this location because of Bart. He takes great pride in what he does and is truly helping people. Angie

Really great selection which is this places best quality. The Apple store feel can be a bit much, I prefer the shops that feel more local and slower paced. Prices are comparable, though I have encountered more deals and brand promotions at other dispensaries. Staff is knowledgeable and provides good recommendations, but know your budget because nothing is cheap.

Immediately walking into this store, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone here is so kind and readily available for any questions. Phillip was extremely knowledgeable about every product and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for, all while making this the most comfortable dispensary experience I’ve had. I will definitely return to this location!!

We stumbled upon this location fairly early on a Saturday just after indulging in some Intelligensia coffee which is just across the street. We were greeted by a gentleman who invited us in to take a look inside so we saw no reason not to. The inside of the store is very sleek, designed almost like an Apple store with different products and strains showcased in the display aisles accompanied by descriptive details about the product. The sign-up process was painless, the place just opened and it was already getting busy, but it went by very quickly nonetheless. The entire staff was very cordial and professional. We winded up settling on an more upbeat, energetic product that was relaxing, but not at all heavy. Definitely a place to check out if you're in the area, their edible selection was also noteworthy!

bad costumer service. it was my first time ( i know nothing about all this ) and i was bothering him with my questions. did not even tell me about the flavors so discovered home that i had a berry flavor. when i asked the differences between the different brands he said : well nothing you know when you smoke you smoke ... ohh ok thank you for the info. i wanted my first time to be special. i got it .... but in a bad way.
