We have been AAA members for 47 years. Today we went in for notary service and Erika Beltran was rude and snarky to say the least. We realize that COVID 19 is making people unhappy; but her rudeness was very unnecessary. So disappointing! The experience only took a matter of minutes and no reason for her salty attitude. I’ve been using the AAA office in Anaheim Hills for quite some time now along with my wife approximately 15 years they are extremely helpful and try to go above and beyond when it comes to life insurance homeowners insurance planning a vacation traveling providing maps transferring titles when you buy a new vehicle or simply registering a vehicle they are basically like the DMV without the wait.. they provide complementary coffee and water and I’m usually in and out of there in about 15 minutes if it’s a busy day maybe 30 minutes but nothing like the DMV whatsoever I pay $50 a year to be a member and they offer roadside assistance emergency lockout of your vehicle or a simple jumpstart when your car is not wanting to start upYou get three free calls per year so use them wiselyThe basic membership gets you free toes up to 7 miles but the platinum membership will tell you up to 100 miles for free I’ve actually had to use a different tire service before and it was approximately 50 miles and the bill came out to be close to $400 so the service paid for itself many times over, I highly recommend using AAA they are a long-standing company with a solid reputation

Triple A is by far the best auto insurance experience I've ever had. They provide excellent roadside assistance complete with battery services. They have DMV service at most branches, and also provide great travel planning and maps if you need them. I had a flat recently and needed some help, the technician was there in 15 minutes, was courteous and professional. When he completed the tire swap I was impressed.

Great place to get help planning vacations. They make all the reservations airlines hotels cruises etc. Lots less stress. Might as well get the benefits if your AAA membership. But dont use for house insurance. Cancelling people in Anaheim Hills and Orange saying fire risk. Must be nice to pick who you want to insure and feel safe wont have to pay claims. My neighbor had been with them 60 years and they cancelled him. No claims. They need to stick to memberships. No way to treat people.

We have been long time members of AAA for over 20 years. Recently I enrolled my 15yr old in the teen driving academy. The system is archaic at best and the software is way out of date. Setting up driver training is also a mess. No access directly to the instructor as they have mapped and marked their phones private and you will not know when they follow up. We had such a good experience with our older two children at the teen driving academy in placentia where I would highly recommend that location and that business. Even to save a few dollars on our insurance policy is not worth the time and a headache to go through AAA's teen driving academy.

Getting a handicapped placard, took over an hour at member services. Lots of desks, 2 per window ... but nobody at them.I have never seen more than 2 people working them and yet there were no seats left at the waiting area. Even with an appointment made no difference. Yes, they were friendly, but can't say I felt receptive to that after a long wait. I'm a 30+ year member, and like the Auto Club overall. but their personal service appears to be competing with the DMV in the wrong way

Came to AAA in Anaheim Hills to pay my registration. It seems like this is the new DMV, crowded with long lines. I finally got to my service agent and was scolded for paying late, ....I know it's late, so sorry. She was upset because "I was too much work" turned me over to her manager and when I asked if I should come back to her when paper work was filled out she said "oh no I'm done with you." Super frustrated with her crabby attitude I said " the feeling is mutual". the three stars are for the receptionist who was super kind and had a cute sense of humor

AAA is the best. Helpful, knowledgeable and consistent.In past years they made trip ticks for me, helped with licenses, temporary driving permits when a car would not smog and I needed a permit to drive it beyond its license expirations and.also assisted with making vacation plans.They have, at least for my experience, been a high bar for courtesy. They do as they say, and I've not ever once, had any question they could not answer.Consider joining AAA, if for nothing else, for towing and their DMV services. Go online and check out their services and see if it's worth the very modest cost be a member. If you have new or younger or older drivers it is peace of mind for everyone.

I'm a member of AAA and I've been with them as long as I can remember never disappointed me ever they run their place so well they have a different section for whatever you were there for which cuts down the waiting linesYou can register your car and get your stickers the same day they have great things going for traveling with good rates if you are thinking of getting up away and my strip and they can also find a car for you if you looking to buy a car and because you find them from their list also get a very good price I could go on and on with a great service in the great people working there and the cleanliness I just love it saves me a lot of trips don't cheat yourself get down there and check it out enjoy

I was calling from New York to find out about discounted Disneyland tickets. My local office could not help me so they transferred me to the Anaheim Hills office. I waited for five minutes to be helped and then was transferred to voicemail which stated my message would be returned by end of day. It was not. I called two days later, again waiting for someone to pick up the line and help me but was again transferred to voicemail. This time I took advantage of pressing zero to speak to someone immediately. The person who answered, her name was Shayla, was rude and dismissive. She discouraged me from using my member benefits. When I asked her to confirm her name because I intended on posting a review, she hung up on me.
