Feedback:
Another successful AAA stop! Came in at 430pm on a Friday. There were 3 people ahead of me being checked in. I came in for DMV service , transfer and duplicate title. I also had to purchase a membership for a family member. I was out in 30 minutes with everything completed. The customer service reps here always work efficiently, their helpful and friendly. I always have a pleasant experience and never feel like I waste time here.

Went in to have a passport photo taken...waited about 30min as people who came in after me were taken. It was not until I went to the reception desk that I was tol I was next...waited another 5min...not sure why the people who came in after me were taken who were there for travel/insurance when I was just there for a passport photo I asked for manager but surprisingly none was available was told one would call me...still haven't heard back.

Was on hold for 35 minutes. Locked my keys in the car. Finally texted 2 people to call for me and within min they called me. Aaa guy just showed up . 35 minutes ahead of the estimated arrival time. So waiting out my car for only 15 minutes... thank u brea towing service.. second time in 3 weeks they came to get me back in my car. So 5 star on that end... I’m happy now

Because this is the location I do everything. And I cant give roadside service a rating. I have no choice but to give the 1 star rating here... I called to help a homeless couple out by using my AAA for a quick tow off private property. But when I spoke to the call service agent. She said it cant be down for free because the vehicle is not going to a place of business to be fixed or a residency. I said hello did you not hear me. The couple is homeless! I'm just trying to help them out so their car doesn't get towed. Because if it does they have to pay to get their car back. That will leave them with less money to get the car fixed! She said sorry its considered a courtesy tow so it's not covered. So sad AAA she's it this way. I have paid for over 2 years of service. And have never used AAA for anything. Now when I try to use the service to help a couple out in need. I'm told sorry cant do it. Bad way to do business, so very sad.

It's a clean place, the people are nice, desperately needs more handicap parking. I think people park in the hc spots and go to the building nextdoor or something. Theres only like 3 spots for handicap. I've shown up half an hour before they open and the handicap spots were all taken. Why. When the place opened, I didnt see anyone getting out of the cars there. What are they there for.

This is a must have, if you drive a car in southern California. 24/7 they provide a towing service in the event of a roadside breakdown. I have used this service for over 20 years. On a trip to Arizona, during the return, my car had engine trouble. I was towed over 100 miles to have my car repaired. There was no charge for the tow. The cost is minimal on a n annual basis. It pays to never be stranded with nobody to call. Tow truck bills and mileage are sky high. Retail stores have AAA discounts on purchases of goods and services. In addition, AAA provides Life insurance, auto insurance, homeowner insurance, and can put all services and products on one account. Family may be added. And the service follows the person, not the vehicles. AAA applies discounted to multiple policies. If you have triple A and you are riding my n a friend's vehicle who does not have triple A, you can still call and receive service. It gives you peace of mind to get in and drive your vehicle as needed. There is a level which will allow you 200 mile radius from your home. There is always someone on duty to answer the phone and dispatch a tow truck from the local area. You are provided with an estimated time of arrival and detail about the identity of the tow truck dispatched.

That people care less about their clients. Customer service ? They have NO idea what that means. Be careful when you make a payment over the phone, there's a big chance that you'll get an incompetent employee that doesn't know the difference between 2 and 3 or 100 and 1000; so you might as well be overcharged and you won't see your money again; because apparently is your fault if you don't have enough money in your account to cover THEIR mistakes. Trying to get a reimbursement or a compensation for their lack of competence, good luck !

The staff here is always super helpful. The variety of services you can do there eapecially the DMV services are amazing. Just the fact that you don't have to wait anywhere near DMV time is worth paying for the AAA roadside assistance membership. I've been a member since I started driving decades ago. I would recommend it to anyone!

I had to renew my car registration yesterday. I had been having a very bad day, but i was amazed at the prompt and profesional service I received here at the fullerton AAA office. Everybody i encountered was pleasant and helpful. I especially wanted to point out ashley alewine's service. She made what is normally a hassle into a very nice experience. I will definitely be coming here for my vehicle needs in the future.

I love their 24hr roadside service. However, for a business that charges a membership fee, closing their offices at 5pm on Friday is absurd! Especially considering they have auto registration renewal services, and a local competing registration services company stays open until 8:30pm. Isn't the point of using such services to offer an alternative to the DMV so people can stop by after work? I'd much rather renew through the DMV's online service, but their system "doesn't recognize" my car. BTW, I got to AAA at 5:02pm, and the kind people behind the glass doors wouldn't let me in. Thanks for acting just like the DMV! I expect more from you AAA!!! Maybe it's time to take my $$$ somewhere else.
