STAY far away! Wish I could leave 0 stars. He told me he could perform a pregnancy procedure then when I show up to the office midway through the consultation I find out after asking more questions he has never done procedures on pregnant women before. I was his tester! So not safe. I at that point refused services and he then tried to get payment for not doing anything. He is shady and dishonest! Stay away much better accupunturists available in the area ! Also he is not a doctor he only has a master's degree. He's very unprofessional. STAY AWAY

My 1st visit to Happy Cloud was on 10/7/16, I got a referral from my back specialist to try it to see if it would help manage the pain I was having in my lower back & left hip. I was very nervous bc this was new to me, Dr. Chow was very patient with me. The ladies at the front desk very helpful & very polite. I have to say the treatment went very well, after a few days I felt little to no pain & by the end of the week, I had no more pain. I would definitely recommend Happy Cloud to my friends & family. I will be back for more treatments & some body massages.
