A very customer service place! They are dedicated to make their customers happy. I had a delivery done and there was a issue with the order and when I called to ask about it they handled it with the utmost excellence in care. I live in Montana, this is the first time I have used ABC Florist in Long Beach.They were so pleasant, courteous and professional! The flowers arrived exactly on time to surprise Patti! I'm thrilled with how my daughters Graduation flower arrangement turned out..It was so cute and just what I had imagined for it. Thank you to all the staff for helping make this a very special day for her! I will certainly be using them again!!

I sent my friend the Designer's Choice bouquet for her birthday, and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Not knowing what they would be or what it would look like, I was very pleasantly surprised! They did an awesome job - the arrangement was full and fresh looking - and it was reasonably priced compared to other florists I had researched. Would definitely recommend them for flowers in the Long Beach area!!

This was the only florist I could find that was open for deliveries on Mother's Day, and the result was beautiful. The arrangement was delivered to my Mom's house the morning of Mother's Day, and she was so surprised because I live out of state. The website made ordering a delivery easy, along with the option of a personalized message. I will definitely be ordering again in the future!

I have been using A Beautiful California Florist to deliver a bouquet of flowers once a month to a young woman who recently lost her mother. Her mother loved flowers and always had them in her home and I wanted to gift this woman with a tangible way to remember her mother and the joy she brought joy in her life. A Beautiful California Florist made it so easy for me to do this. I decided which kind of bouquet I wanted to have them deliver each month (I decided this one time so I didn't have to do it every month) and every month she receives a beautiful (and different) bouquet of flowers that she loves. And I receive a picture of them every month in return and knowing that her heart aches a little bit less for at least that day!

Lovely people who're both knowledgable & polite. I dealt with Dani twice & her instinctive understanding of my needs was super. On both occasions she delivered for me. Dani also has a great memory for names, faces & detail. She listens really well. She also knows her flowers! I would reccomend this family owned business for your floral needs.
