This company is outstanding. After speaking with Ron (manager) on what was the best heating unit for our home, the Service All Stars Team paid us a visit. With a background in both architecture and construction, needless to say, I have interfaced with many contractor service providers over the years. This company provided a level of customer courtesy, attention to detail and overall performance that I had not experienced in many, many years. Their professional installation of our heating unit was much more than I expected. Outstanding performance and workmanship. Genuine customer care. On time, reliable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this group of professionals at Service All Stars.

The Company jerked me around for over a week then never made the appointment to actually come to do the work. What a waste of my time!They finally said that they can't do the work. The job was to servicer a floor furnace.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!! I do not know who these reviews had show up they are posting! I should have read all the reviews and compared all those 1 stars but my fault I didn’t and I suffered for it! Please please Look at all of the 1 stars on their site NOT the 4-5!! THEY are ALL true 1 stars!!!! Then I just read they typical respond back to the 1 stars as if they didn’t read the review. Your horrible... they respond nice working with you?! Huh?! Owners and “managers” are HORRIBLE!!!!! I would give them a negative 10 if I could! FRAUDS!! Worst company I have ever seen!! Completely unethical! Trust when this review tells you; use ANYTHING ELSE! I had to get a whole other company to re-do and repair their mess!!! If me writing this saves ONE person from my horror show I experienced then my horrible experience might have meant something! I never take the time to write reviews! However, listen to every 0 star they receive!! I will be sending a huge complaint to the better business bureau too! All of the complaints 1 stars should go to the better business bureau too!!! One thing I did learn is to look at the negative reviews after dealing with this company! Now I see more than 1 star lowest rating on anything I compare if there are similar complaints and now I trust it and move on! For people to write a thesis in complaints says a lot!!! One said they are hostile and had to call the police I just read on this site! I’m soooo disappointed in myself for not reading the real reviews! Now I Even send reviews questions to see how valid their complaint is if my decision to purchase anything is is on the bubble. Sure enough every time it never fails, the reviews responds and I go with the negative review as valid and move on. Lastly, do not let them be put on record for job! Protect your self and your home.If your really brave, Just do the consultation and you will personally see the hardest sales pitch ever. Tell them you’ll get back to them and think about it. They won’t let you “think” about without leaving your house and signing a contract by saying “oh you have 3 days”. I should have listened to my first instinct and politely excused them from my house!!! This has been one blessing... I now will do ratings both positive and negative accordingly to help others never go through what I went through! I can write glowing reviews for those that deserve it! I’m sorry I had to get burned so badly before I took a stand to warn others!!! Consumers need to stick together and protect each other from companies like them!! Write honest reviews. Was a bit nervous when I started searching for a company to install ac in my home. With so many companies charging so much for something that is not worth it, I didn’t know how to go about it. So I started calling around to see what’s up. I came across this company and was suddenly pleased I tell you!! The secretary’s at the office where so nice and had great customer service the few times that I called (customer service is a biggie for me). So I set up an appointment and they sent out Cord so I can get an estimate. He was very polite and had great personality! I ended up contracting them since he went over everything with me and showed me the different prices, I really liked that! He sent out his guys and they installed the ac and they were so professional! They cleaned up after themselves and when they were done it was like they had never been here from how cleaned they left my house. Thank you guys so much for the great service! I would gladly recommend this company and use them again.

I am extremely satisfied with service all stars . I had such a hard time finding a good company with good negotiable prices. I'm so glad I came across them. I spoke over the phone w a representative who sent me Ron , the comfort air advisor. He came out to my home within 30 minutes & he was very polite, and professional . He got to the root of what I was needing as far as air conditioning services. I would definitely recommend service all stars to anyone looking for a new ac. The gentleman from this company who came out to the condo to repair the air-conditioning system did a fantastic job. They were very thorough with their work and made sure to communicate with us regarding exactly what they were doing and made sure at the end of the service call that everything was completed and they made sure it worked 100% before they left. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

First time buying a new A/C unit and I'm glad I went with these guys. They were professional from start to finish and guided me though everything.The installation was quick and clean. They laid drop cloths everywhere and nothing was left behind.The install team even picked up on an unrelated comment I made about an exhaust duct and jumped up into the attic space to check it out! Above and beyond...

This company has workers with great work ethics! They came on time ready to get the job done. There was a lot of prep work before the actual job began. The guys didnt leave until the work was finished. I really liked the fact that they had financing available or else we could not have afforded to get AC. Thank you Service All-Stars and Team!!

Just wanted to comment on how great the Service All Stars were with installing my new AC & furnace unit. Ron was my initial contact and was the first contact I had with Service All Stars and it was excellent. Ron was very professional and clearly understood my needs. He was able to get me exactly what I needed without the upselling and sales pressures that the previous 3 companies tried when they quoted me. This was a major reason choosing them. Their installation team of Jorge, Luciano, and Brain were actually earlier than the set time and very efficient and professional. Due to prior installation issues the job ran late. The installation team was aware that I took a day off from work to be present and offered to work into the night to finish the installation so that I did not have to take a second day off. This was greatly appreciated and a great example of their attention to customer service and satisfaction.

I was having problems with my air conditioner and heating unit and my brother told me about service all Stars and how good their work is, he gave me Ron's name and number and Ron came out and told me my system was an old system and gave me a good price on a good system, I asked him if it will work and he told me service all Stars takes their work and product seriously and leaves custermers happy. I told him since my brother is happy and bragging about what they did for him then I want the same thing so he can't brag to me and I felt the air kick on and was happy and asleep real quick.
