Bought one of their vacuum sealers for sealing electronic components in ESD shielded bags of different thickness, and this thing is awful and doesn't work at all.n It has pedal that you push and hold while it attempts to vacuum out air and doesn't suck out air unless you tilt the bag up,down, left, right, squeeze sides and release a few times, etc. If you'relucky enough to get the air out, then you'll notice that the clamping "jaws" are strong or hot enought to seal even the thinnest bag. About 1 of every 25 bags gets sealed correctly on the first try. I used this machine for over 3 years and never could get it to work. We wanted to send it back, but they wouldn't give us a refund or exchange. The sales rep. was also extremely rude and yelled and acted annoyed when we called with questions. Don'tbuy these products unless you want a $2000 paperweight.
