My husband and I WALKED to ACE’s Place only to be forced to stand in line behind CARS THAT ARE WAITING TO PARK TO STAND ON LINE. When my husband and I address that we was told “if I let you skip then the other customers would be mad at me and you” I don’t understand why people that WALKED there was UNABLE TO WALK IN LINE because they had to WAIT FOR THE CARS WAITING TO PARK TO PARK AND GO IN LINE. I felt like I was being racially profiled. My husband and I were the ONLY “minorities” there. The only ones who walked to the business. It took us 20 mins to walk there when by car it’s about 5. Why we had to wait in a line for cars to park?! WHO KNOWS. We are LIVID !

I've been coming here for over a year now. Their staff works hard to get everybody in on busy days, and they always kill it. Even if there are 10 people in front of me I never wait for more than 10-15 minutes tops! Now for product, I exclusively buy only concentrates and Ace's always has product, even after the holidays like 420. Their products are good quality and the best price I can find in FoCo. I don't go anywhere else but Ace's

I've been using the V fire cartridge product that they sell here for almost a year now. Recently, I've experienced the liquid in cartridges clogging up in the mouth piece and at times seeping through the mouth piece.The last time I purchased one, I explained my frustration about this with the bud tender who then reassured me that if it happens again, to bring it back in next time, and they'll replace it. With this last cartridge I bought, it clogged again just like the one before; it seems to be happening with every one that I buy lately. When I brought it back in, the bud tender took it to the back where she said she unclogged it and hit it to make sure it works, and told me she wouldn't replace it because she hit it and now it works because she unclogged it. She told me that I could take it outside of the dispensary and try it for my self (as if that's perfectly legal). This is the type of customer service you get with this place. I've spent over $100 a month here for over a year now on their products, and this will absolutely be the last time I waste my money here. There's better places to get better quality and customer service than this.

Awesome cannabis store. They are always very friendly and push to give you discounts when they can, the concentrates they sell are AMAZING, and not over priced. I dont like shatter very much but i can tolerate it from this place, but i like the live resin and rosin that i get from there. Its always almost like (diamonds in terp sauce) that i get in canada thats got alot of chunks of crystals covered in sauce its great..

The staff are super informative and very friendly. I was a first timer in their store, but I've lived in Colorado my entire life. That is to say - I know weed. They offer a good selection at fair (not the best but very reasonable) prices, and they are honest and up front about the pricing and what you are getting for your money, which some dispensaries are... A little less likely to do. If you are from out of state looking for a good first time dispensary, Ace's place is the way to go. The staff was also super friendly, and not in the "this is my job and I have to be friendly" sort of way. I don't always receive the best service due to a few factors, but the people at aces were super respectful considering my ID has a name on it I don't like to use anymore. You would be hard pressed to find a better staffed dispensary! The bud is fire, and the prices are fair - Ace's makes a short list of dispensaries I would recommend. And the next closest one is Magnolia Road in Boulder... Which is quite a drive. If you are in Fort Collins or Loveland, this should be your go to place!

What a hidden little gem! The wait was super quick, there were like 5 people in front of me and it was my turn in less than 2 minutes. The budtender was really friendly and efficient in finding me exactly what I needed. Price was okay, some things I bought were cheaper than I've found elsewhere in town and they're daily specials are really good!

Just had such an awesome experience at Ace’s place! It was my first time in the shop. I have frequented many shops throughout town, and have mostly come away feeling like I had a good experience. The only exception to this being Infinite Wellness, what an awful excuse for a dispensary. Nonetheless, I came in with some high expectations given the quality of service and product in town. Ace’s Place met and exceeded those expectations!! The staff were all super helpful and were happy to be at work, which is something I always look for and is always great to see. To make my experience even better, they gave me a penny joint with my purchase for spending over 5 bucks, something they do every Tuesday. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL A DAILY SPECIAL!! None of that spend $100 and get a joint BS! I believe they also have specials throughout the week on cartridges, flower, etc. Can’t say enough positive things about you guys! I was almost afraid to leave a review because I want to keep you guys a secret!!
