I've been here a few times..They were not open.. said on line they were Open....After driving 45 minutes.Don't think you should have to waste time and gas...Done....Lost 300$ a Month!!!Won't be back...Didn't want to give a 1....Don't waste your time....

Had an appointment with the doctor for 5pm set multiple days in advance, and wasn’t seen until 6pm. Staff is incredibly patronizing and rude to new patients who aren’t 100% familiar with their business, and rather than kindly explain things will laugh in your face and tell you “you should know better it’s not our fault” and things along that line. Waiting room and entire building is kind of gross as well, definitely has a moldy basement feel to it. Easily the worst dispensary of the seven I’ve been to and will drive an extra 20 minutes to never go here again after 3 bad experiences out of 5 or so total trips. Avoid at all costs.Also bought a faulty pen here, and was told to email the manufacturer and ADA East in order to get a replacement. ADA East ignored my email entirely whereas Ooze responded in a matter of hours and not only sent me a free replacement, but a nice care package with it. Absolutely shameful customer service on everyone in this place’s part other than the security guard who was always awesome and even went above and beyond and walked me to my car. I’m more than happy to give my $200 per week elsewhere.

the staff couldn't be more personable, and the product couldn't be better quality. first of all, i get extremely anxious a lot, so it's very valuable to me that ADA staff treats me well and always facilitates a calm environment. they're also trans friendly and never struggle with using the correct name & pronouns ^_^also ADA has the best product consistency of any place i've been to so far, in michigan or elsewhere. i use their medication daily, and it's important for my conditions that the effects aren't changing all the time. and their prices are pretty great to top it all off! 👍🏾👍🏾

The Owner Personally CUSSED Me OUT, and made a HUGE scene like someone on drugs, while I was just attempting to make small talk and buy my meds.. I can go into a point for point, long, drawn-out story. But at the end of the day. A guy (WHO CLAIMED TO BE THE OWNER) was treating me EXTREMELY disrespectfully and was being VERY rude repeatedly to me, and was VERY dismissive. So I mentioned that I didn't appreciate being treated with such a condescending tone and manner, then he squared up on me behind the counter, making threats, cussing me out, chewing into me, etc etc etc. They have some good meds, why I went there orginally.. BUT NEVER SHOULD A CUSTOMER BE TREATED LIKE I WAS.. THIS WAS JUST INSANE.. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER RETURN HERE OR SUGGEST SOMEONE TO GO HERE AND SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS.... (Whole time I remained idle and non-provoking simply asking what I did to be treated so badly as a customer, only making the situation worse.. JUST WAIT UNTIL YOU CATCH ONE OF THESE GUYS HAVING A BAD DAY AND FOR NO REASON THEY TAKE IT OUT ON YOU....)
