A1 for a club, clean secure facility and staff right down to security.. a little pricey but the convenience of order pick up and a very respectful selection . Throw in down to earth and knowledgeable staff it's worth it as you settle in later with your medicine. Hey for this grotuitius plug (Genuine statement by a guy who just went today ), can get some compassionate understanding. I'll monitor this for effectiveness

I tried to buy a 91% THC cartridge, but it wouldn’t ring up. As a result, I was told by Carolina, the cashier for my purchase that I would get something different...I was given a cartridge that she said was just shy of 91% THC. Not having my glasses with me, I took Carolina at her word...so I was sold one with 84% THC, which is more than just shy of 91%. Once I got my glasses and realized her mistake, I tried to correct it but was told all sales are final. In her defense, she said, “well, it has 90% cannibinoids” and she did not seem to register the fact that cannibinol is not a cannobinoid until heat is applied to it and it turns into THC. I understand she was trying to recover from her lie, but the packaging clearly states 84%THC. There were stronger cartridges than that readily available for her to sell me. Carolina should not have misrepresented the facts and taken advantage of a visually impaired person. Unfortunately, state law says all sales are final.

I bought a product that was defected by the manufacturer that rendered a health concern. I called Connected and received nothing but friendly and professional service. They apologized, reached out to the manufacturer to address the issue , and gave me store credit for what I originally bought so I could return and make a purchase for a functional product. I came back and was able to buy a phenomenal eighth of flower at a reasonable price. Fabian and Khalid are great, knowledgeable tenders as well. They were playing loud music throughout the entirety of both times I was at this store, kind of a turn off for a lot of people and my only complaint - while it's not a deal breaker for me to not return, I can certainly see this being an issue for many other people. Thanks to Connected for providing quality customer service with taking care of my issue faster and beyond expectation, certainly recommend to anyone interested coming in!

LISTEN: THEY SELL EXPIRED AND/OR POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS. I like the place but... all those $8 2gs and $15 8ths or whatever... All gave me headaches. Then I read the expiration date. My buddy even said the trees looked kinda old. It was rated at 11% also. if you like the VIP appeal, cool. It is a genius idea. But don't buy their CHEAP products. They're not worth the money.

Big variety friendly staff and great customer service. I reccomend this storefront to anyone looking to buy medicinal. All three times I was cared for well and I left knowing I was getting what I came for. The budtender who's name I forgot was white and had a snap back with a friendly smile I said I would give him a review but for the life of me I cant remember his name, though hes the reason I'm making this review in the first place! Dude has serious salesman skills and deserves a raise! I felt like I was getting sold to and the budtender wasn't too pushy trying to make me buy things I didn't care to buy. 10/10 I reccomend

Many items on their menu. Low budget up to Top Shelf. The wait has never been long, 8 minutes, in and out this time. They have Express which is faster. I'd prefer the taxes be already in the advertised prices. Helps to know what you want before you get there, then you should order Express. If not they'll take the time to make sure you get what you want. ATM inside. First time there was a 10% discount. My experiences have all been good.

This is the most unprofessional place that I’ve seen it takes you an hour just to call in to place an express order how is that express?? They never answer the phone you can’t even place an order online then when you get there you have security guards hanging all outside chopping it up with people.... I mean what kind of cannabis club operates like this you couldn’t get away with this in the bay area their system is all wrong!!!!

Connected just recently had a remodel, and the inside looks AWESOME! If you thought they had selection before, you can go inside and really SEE their walls and cases just filled to the brim with choices for the consumer! If you’re looking for something specific for a brand they carry, chances are they have it! And now, with the remodel, shopping in-store has never been more efficient! I was in the shop last month for a Heavy Hitters Demo, as a brand ambassador, it always makes me happy to see your products on the shelves of a shop, and it just looks amazing in this Connected shop! You can choose from almost every strain we make, and during demos the shop offers special promotions and swag for the customers! This is the best place to come in the area, if you like choices and great prices, then Connected is the place to be!

You guys really need a new receptionist, the new lady has icky attitude doesn't look like she even want to do her job very lazy. Called for an express order and was put on hold for the longest like she just put it on hold and never going to pick it up back, I hanged up. Overall the other employees are great and knowledgeable!
