Good products and clean store but the biggest part is the staff. They are experts in weed... and people being overwhelmed and clueless. I never know exactly what I'm looking for. I don't speak that language... but they do and they will work with you to get you exactly what you want. They never push and if you want something really good, ask for their recommendations. They know their stuff.

I'm so done with this dispensary.. the people that work here do not know their own products and it shows.. you can specifically ask for a preroll infused with none on the outside and they will sell you exactly what you don't want..and even though it's not opened..and oh no returns, go figure..the manager is not on shift and impossible to get ahold of, even when you leave message after message. Go to Silverdale.. you'lget more for your money

This is a clean, professional shop. When I first visited I wanted to try out vape products for the first time, and they had a great selection. Unfortunately their inventory is spotty now, and they don't post a menu online so it is hit-or-miss as to whether or not I can get what I want.The staff is super courteous and helpful, though, and I am very happy to make this my primary shop.

I’m heated! I’ve been coming here since they opened and have never used my points! Finally this year I asked how many I had and I was told they were unable to tell me because they were switching points systems and couldn’t see them, but to please keep giving my name so I could get my points. Every time I went in in the last 6 months I’ve asked about the points, but still unable to use them. Just kept giving my name. I went in today and asked, and was told that because I didn’t put my name on a clipboard in the last month that all of my points are just gone.. no way to redeem them. Crazy. Will never go back there.

I would love to give the shop a five-star since my first experience was great but I was just in there about 20 minutes ago and the guy at the counter had absolutely no product knowledge and no customer service skills whatsoever. The reason this annoys me so much is because I work at a cannabis shop and it kills me when I see lazy stoned idiots at a job where their customers deserve better, and many people actually passionate about the industry would kill to be there at that job.

The budtenders are amazing. I was pointed towards a strain that really worked for my pain. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. In addition they are incredibly professional and really respect the medical aspect of cannibis. I was very pleasantly surprised by this nug of a store.

I really like this store. It's like visiting friends, the knowledgeable staff are friendly and warm and the open layout allows you to look around at the various offerings. I have been getting my flower here fairly exclusively for about 6 mos now and I will say the house brand flower has been the winner that brings me back again and again. I've tried 5 or 6 strains and have enjoyed them all. They also have a respectable selection of high CBD strains, flower and pre-rolls, as well as edibles and concentrates.

The bud tenders are super friendly and funny. They are also extremely helpful if you have any questions. U tell them what u need and they will make suggestions of what strain to buy for the desired effect. They make you feel as though you are one of their regular customers... even if it's the first time you have ever been there. Great place!

Agate dreams has been opened for only two years now and has the best bud in the world. It's fairly priced with specials on Friday's. I live right down the street and am usually always at the casino. Don't smoke ary the casino tho you will get in trouble. I've heard there is going to be a smoking lounge out back. It'd be really nice to smoke before you buy you know what I mean? What ever though

Big shop with a nice selection of products however you partake. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have good deals so it makes it worth the drive.
