Feedback:

What a disappointment this company is. We purchased 2 of the air purifiers costing $2500 each to run in our indoor cultivation facility in 2015. Things seem to be going well with these units until we began to test surfaces for microbial contaminants. It was at this time that we learned that the air purifiers were a MAJOR SOURCE OF YEAST AND MOLDS. It was recommended that these be immediately decontaminated. We immediately contacted the company. They seemed genuinely concerned and recommended that we send it back immediately for further inspection. That is when they dropped the ball. Since then they will not communicate. I have been unable to talk to anyone and get no response from emails, voicemails,or contact through their website. Being a small family run business we can not afford to purchase expensive equipment that is faulty. Stay away from these guys!
