Willing violation of ADA compliance and accomodation.I have chronic asthma, and i asked if i can come in and get my medicine, they told me i had to wear a mask regardless because " if we have to wear it all day with our disabilities, then you wearing a mask should be no problem if you need your medicine, but we would love to help you if you wear a mask like the rest of us". So i ordered anyways and figured i could just stand outside and they can bring me my order, but apparently standing outside is still requiring masks even still. Such disrespect to individual rights, and such complacency to common sense, just a bunch of judgmental sheep. I will never spend money there again, ill just go anywhere else of course.

As well to not text and say order is ready when i see employees bagging it. As well Standing in line for online orders and not getting flow down. Great prices and service. Would like to see more quality timely matter for all. Very well populated and this has happened three different times.

COVID-19 Responsible business! This is the only place I will go now. I live with someone high risk so I appreciate the effort they make to be safe.I updated my review to 5-stars because I've been back and it was much better weed. And it really is a nice shop. The people who work here are friendly, it'a a good location, and now that I'm 50 I get a 10% discount. My only complaint is how high the tax rate is, but I'm just glad it's legal to buy.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! EVERYTIME I've came into this place I have left dissapointed at this point I've given them to many chances. This time I come to pick up my pre-order up of which I was let known via confirmation text was ready for me to pick up just wait in the seperate pre-order line when I get their. I arrive to a huge line of people and no pre-order line when I come to ask the bud tender if their was a second pre-order line she looks at me as if I was crazy and that clearly their was a line ahead of you, well that's fine but that's not what I was told I would have to deal with which is one of the reasons I chose to use your shop. None the less I go to wait in line while I'm waiting another customer approaches the same unpleasant woman that helped me asking if he would be able to come inside when it was his turn because he was not very knowledgeable in pot and just wanted some help from a supposed proffesional. He was instantly met with the same attitude that I was and given the response, No, sir read the sign it says right here how you have to pre-order and that we won't be letting anyone in because of covid, really are you serious wether it was a stupid question or he knew already that is your proffesion where do you get off talking to somebody like that over a simple inquiry, how else do you learn?!? So I sent him to their much more proffesional and helpful competitor Local Roots. Well I should've went their to, because since I did that the same lady decided that she was going to then just completely skip over me in the line and not take my i.d. and get my order ready, so after waiting in a long line I shouldn't of had to they also didn't even have my order ready when it was my turn and proceeded to serve everyone before and after me. THEN I finally get the product and look at it when I'm sitting in my car to see they gave me 28g of prerolls instead if the 28g of flower that they had described and pictured on their website. So no problem right I should've just been able to go back and get something I would prefer and exchange it right, nope. I was given two options that equated to exactly the total that I was at previously one just an ounce the other an ounce and a joint well at this point I'm upset and really don't want anything from them but against my better judgement to avoid further conflict I said I'll take the ounce and the joint but I don't need the joint so I'll just take the cash. Surprise surprise there response was sorry we can't refund any of the money to you we can only do an exchange and make it come out to the same total as the original. So after all that hastle and being completely rude to someone who just wanted to learn about pot, you would think a "budtender" would get excited over this, but no, I still don't get no money refunded to me, no further discount, and a product that is like the stuff our parents smoked in the 80's, plus a joint I don't want. Well again as I told your employees, learn to treat everyone the same and you'd be surprised your business would just sky 🚀. Untill then everyone do yourselves a favor and drive a couple extra exits to Local Roots same great deals and better selection, but with the part they are missing great people to help you out along the way!! (And no I don't work for Local Roots lol)

I’m not sure how the local tribe strong armed Marysville into letting them have the only pot shop in the immediate area but I pray they get some competition soon. Staff is slow, selections are way over priced, the business owner is incompetent (installed a new point of sale system with zero inventory loaded so they can’t sell you things randomly) and they won’t let you use your phone in the store because they are afraid someone will snap a pic of their very slow moving lines. I hope we get some competition in the area soon to put these entitled folks in their places!

Let's see, they don't answer the phone, don't list their deals and their menu of products in inventory(a good idea if it actually worked)takes forever to load!! Should be just a few seconds.I wanted to look up Cherrygasm, which Northwest Leaf says they have.

Conveniently located, A+ parking, with 5 star customer service. The product selection is a wide variety, and they have something for everyone's budget. They were super helpful when I had a bad infection, i could not eat due to strong antibiotics, and they provided me with a natural and very effective product that was effective as described by the employee. I would highly recommend.

I was initially excited after the great experience I received at the counter. Upon bringing the products home, I noticed that one of cartridges was leaking. I planned on checking if I could exchange on my next day off. After calling to confirm, the guy on the phone was very rude and dismissive and told me he could not help. I asked to speak to the manager because I didn’t think he was speaking for the whole establishment. She although not openly rude was just as unhelpful and noticeably uncaring. The slap in the face was when they offered me 20% off on my next item. They could take notes on how to receive repeat business. I never post reviews because it’s usually not worth the time, but I hope to save someone else the troubles I had.

I asked the girl behind the counter what the good stoney sativa flower was and her answer was "I like this one and this one." As she pointed to different contaners. So when I reasked what are good stoney sativas her answer was a look of 'are you kidding me' and she repeated the two she liked. And then the only other one she suggested was a CBD. I asked for STONEY... THC. This is not the first time that I have been serviced by her and every time she is not helpful and has a stand off-ish vibe to her like she has better things to do then to help a customer.
