The content of this review has nothing to do with the sales associates or front-end administrative support — both of which were professional and friendly. I am sure the products are good too.I do not consume cannabis or cannabis products, but I was in LA to attend a conference and my colleague made a pit stop at LAF AHPS on the way to the event. I decided to go in with him, rather than loiter in the parking lot.Here is the reason for the low rating: the security guard was not only rude (which would be completely understandable, as it’s not their job to be your friend), but acted outright aggressive towards me. I was touring the round display area, perusing the products and after less than 2 minutes the security guard confronted me and asked if there was something wrong. I said that everything was fine, and that I was just viewing the products, after which he started to insist that I go stand next to my friend. I was completely taken aback; I was dressed professionally in a suit, and didn’t feel that I was acting in anyway non-standard, suspicious or abnormal. To confirm what he was actually saying, I said, “I have to go stand by him?”. He snapped at me and told me ‘go be with your friend if you want to be in here”.I’m a thirty year old man, not used to having people tell me I need to be chaperoned, so I just thanked the staff and left. Very uncomfortable, downright bizarre experience. I’m told the product is great, but the vibe was terrible.
