I've been going to this place for a very long time. I placed an order for delivery about $200 worth of products. They missed their delivery window. I called to follow up and they lady that I was talking did not want to even say sorry we've been late. She refused to agree that it's their responsibility to keep their promises. And ruthlessly put me on a long hold. She also said they are OK losing a customer if someone like me wants a good and reliable customer service. You guys just lost a customer.

I’m not impressed with Airfield. Why is there an ATM machine inside where you can only withdrawal only in multiples of $100. That’s unbelievable! So you mean to tell me that if someone doesn’t have over $100 in their bank account that they wouldn’t be able to pull money out?...maybe I’m just cheap but $20 option would work. Also the two times I’ve purchased from Airfield the quality of the product has been terrible. All kinds of seeds and stems. I received a prefill in a pack of three and 2 of the 3 prerolls WERE BROKEN! I’ll never come back ever again! If there were an option to put 0 stars I would.

Awesome place, loyal customer for about a year now, sampled the other dispensaries, Airfield clearly the best. For quality, hassle free service, the online and the delivery services are flawless every time.Love this place!!!😎👍✌️

I understand we are in strange times but, to leave me sitting in the parking lot for over an hour and I still wasn't able to get my supplies - is utterly appalling. I have never been to a cannabis store that has acted the same way an actual drug dealer does. I'm utterly appalled by your customer service, or lack therof. I'm without words....I hope you treat others better than what I witnessed today.

Staff outside is non welcoming, they have like 10 employees outside doing nothing, telling guests orders are backed up, they wouldn’t be backed up if you didn’t have 1/2 the staff outside doing nothing. I feel like we deserve top service since we are paying For things. I wouldn’t recommend this place to many, especially with this pandemic. Things have gotten worse. Even slower service.

Thank you to all your staff for staying open for online orders and delivery during this trying time. If you do put in an order regardless of what time you put in don't go down there until they tell you it's ready. Because everything is being done online there was about a 2-hour delay before my order was ready today. Thank you guys again you rock.

Standard eigth is 60 bucks, boof eighht is 45, 30 percent tax, rest in peace, great selection, terrible price, only dispensary in miles, only cash plus 3 dollar atm fee plus hundreds dispensed only, by far worst dispensary I ever visited, when I mentioned how bad the prices were homie prescribed me to grow it myself, do yourself a favor and find a good dealer who can get you an ounce for 160 or drive to san Jose where you cam get a boof eigth for 20 25 and a great one for 45

My experience with dispensaries is pretty limited, but this is at least as good as those I've been to in Colorado and better than the ones I visited in Las Vegas.The selection is huge and varied and the hardest part was trying to decide how much I could fit into this single trip. I managed to do it justice...I think. Maybe. I really enjoyed the interaction with my budtender. She was knowledgeable and fun and I really felt as though she was interested in my experience with her products. My domestic goddess and I left very satisfied both with the service and the product, if you know what I mean.The store itself is roomy, well lit, clean, safe and secure, and we were made to feel very welcome.I am looking forward to making a trip back so I can visit Airfield again, if you know what I mean.

I would give a negative rating if it was possible. I'm from SoCal and like to experience other dispensaries when I travel. First, long wait for an attitude by the budtender because i was asking valid questions about their products. Way over priced for a disposable and a gram of flower. Spent 50 minutes waiting for an Uber because the address shows a private airport entrance. The only bright spot was the security guards who were helpful and normal people. When I finally got back to my hotel, I opened the sealed disposable and to my surprise it was empty. Not sure how that happens, but par for the course. Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had across multiple services. San Jose Airfield is fired for all time...not only do I not recommend, I now know what the bottom looks like. Awful...
