After purchasing mediocre, over-priced product only a handful of times; I had finally had it with this facility. On multiple occasions my New Mexico driver’s license has been taken/accepted, and product has been purchased. However ill-informed members of the staff have yet again denied my ability to purchase for who knows what reasoning regarding the legitimacy of my driver’s license. Depending on who is working the front desk, aside from the actual general manager herself, one encounters an awful, yet memorable experience. Exceptionally rude staff claims management and calls for re-enforcement from apparent “assistant management” that walks away and ignores further discussing the severity of this lack in communication. Management please do better in training your staff‘s use of hospitality. Especially because you’re a facility that flaunts it ever so well. Not.

Dont go here they will lie to you and rip you off ... The kicker is they put it in their tip jar.... And then tell them you told then to do that.... Then they try to gave the money back like that will fix the fact that they rip me off ... ( find out it was the manager on duty)

The customer service has really gone down hill since the covid crisis. You should really be careful about who you have working your front desk. It’s hardly welcoming to have someone roll their eyes at you multiple times during a brief interaction. Been a customer for years, but will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was really shocked by (1) how rude the sales person was (2) how careless they were about COVID and (3) how careless they were about product information. of course either of the first two issues would be enough for me never to go back there, and indeed i certainly won't. here is a little more detail.I am new to medical marijuana dispensaries. May be this is just how they all are. if so, that's an even bigger problem. Fred was the the the/salesperson i got. I was shocked by how rude he was from the get go. The whole attitude was "give me your money and get out of here", which i did gladly. Either Fred is the owner, in which case, i guess weed business is so good no one needs to be decent or respectful. But if he is not, then one hopes he will be asked to go back to where he came from. You occasionally meet such rude people on the east coast. This much is rare even out there. it is certainly not how we behave in colorado. It would be god if someone told him that and then help him write his resume for his next job. if i had known how careless they are about COVID i would not have gone in the first place. it was bad. The only thing they did, and i am glad they did, was wear masks. Apart from that, there was not the slightest concern or effort to implement procedure that protect everybody and control the way COVID spreads. if there were a sanitizer anywhere, it was certainly nowhere easily visible or accessible. i i had to go in to pay, and only by debit. so i had to physically insert the card, then input a pin. there was absolutely nothing there that acknowledged the inherent hazards in this, and zero sign of trying to mitigate it, say perhaps by having a sanitizer or wipe available nearby for either you to clean your hands/fingers after, or clean the pad before. nothing for keeping the card sanitized after. you just had to put it right back into your pocket or wherever. the doors get a lot of traffic - with opening and pushing open, same thing. zero effort to clean the high traffic and high hazard areas. If you are above 60 as i am, don't even think of going here. Finally, i had a fairly long chat with the receptionist before going to the shop. she was pleasant enough and had strong opinions. i was discussing one last item with her, which said 20 mg. i had been advised to take at least 15 MG 1:1 of the cbd and thc. i asked her how much of each was in each dose. and she said 20 mg. how may pills? 20. so it would have a total amount equal to 400 mg. i found out soon after that the ampount of CBD and TCH in each pill was 0.5 and 1.0 mg. not 20 mg. off by a factor of 20? wow. don't go. especially if of you are over 60.

I was super excited to try this well reviewed dispensary for the first time since I'm new to the area and was welcomed into a beautiful, clean, and well organized facility. However, that's where the positive experience stops as my bud tender was rude, sarcastic, and acted like he couldn't wait to get me out of there. I felt rushed and judged and I left feeling really disappointed. I was hoping for better, so sadly that will be my first and last visit.
