I read other reviews and followed up on the bad ones. One guy had complained of a 10 min wait somewhere, gave one star. Another place five stars with the comment: waited an hour but worth it. 🤦 Loon. Ajoya was a great experience! ALL those "rude" employees must've been off that day. Everyone was very nice (especially the gal at the front desk!), fun to be around, knowledgeable, mask-compliant... I often wonder what pleases a bad reviewer. The answer there? Usually ignorance. One last thing: Told Peter what I wanted out of an edible. His recommendation? Spot on! And priced very reasonably.I'LL BE BACK!

I just went to this dispensary for the first time because my regular dispensary recently closed. The product was wonderful, and the budtender was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. However, the person who checked me in was unbelievably rude and unfriendly. I will not feel comfortable going back to this place because of this person. I even pointed out he was being rude and he continued.

As a first timer in 20+ years to the cannabis industry, I had no clue where to start. A friend recommended Ajoya Louisville to me. From my very first visit, I knew I wouldn’t need to look for another dispensary. All the employees are so nice and knowledgeable and helpful. They have a wide selection of marijuana to suit any need! I especially enjoy that they have labeled the strains with the effect they have (i.e. settle, unwind, elevate, and focus). Unwind and elevate are my personal go to categories.

I was really shocked by (1) how rude the sales person was (2) how careless they were about COVID and (3) how careless they were about product information. of course either of the first two issues would be enough for me never to go back there, and indeed i certainly won't. here is a little more detail.I am new to medical marijuana dispensaries. May be this is just how they all are. if so, that's an even bigger problem. Fred was the the the/salesperson i got. I was shocked by how rude he was from the get go. The whole attitude was "give me your money and get out of here", which i did gladly. Either Fred is the owner, in which case, i guess weed business is so good no one needs to be decent or respectful. But if he is not, then one hopes he will be asked to go back to where he came from. You occasionally meet such rude people on the east coast. This much is rare even out there. it is certainly not how we behave in colorado. It would be god if someone told him that and then help him write his resume for his next job. if i had known how careless they are about COVID i would not have gone in the first place. it was bad. The only thing they did, and i am glad they did, was wear masks. Apart from that, there was not the slightest concern or effort to implement procedure that protect everybody and control the way COVID spreads. if there were a sanitizer anywhere, it was certainly nowhere easily visible or accessible. i i had to go in to pay, and only by debit. so i had to physically insert the card, then input a pin. there was absolutely nothing there that acknowledged the inherent hazards in this, and zero sign of trying to mitigate it, say perhaps by having a sanitizer or wipe available nearby for either you to clean your hands/fingers after, or clean the pad before. nothing for keeping the card sanitized after. you just had to put it right back into your pocket or wherever. the doors get a lot of traffic - with opening and pushing open, same thing. zero effort to clean the high traffic and high hazard areas. If you are above 60 as i am, don't even think of going here. Finally, i had a fairly long chat with the receptionist before going to the shop. she was pleasant enough and had strong opinions. i was discussing one last item with her, which said 20 mg. i had been advised to take at least 15 MG 1:1 of the cbd and thc. i asked her how much of each was in each dose. and she said 20 mg. how may pills? 20. so it would have a total amount equal to 400 mg. i found out soon after that the ampount of CBD and TCH in each pill was 0.5 and 1.0 mg. not 20 mg. off by a factor of 20? wow. don't go. especially if of you are over 60.

I was super excited to try this well reviewed dispensary for the first time since I'm new to the area and was welcomed into a beautiful, clean, and well organized facility. However, that's where the positive experience stops as my bud tender was rude, sarcastic, and acted like he couldn't wait to get me out of there. I felt rushed and judged and I left feeling really disappointed. I was hoping for better, so sadly that will be my first and last visit.

I've been coming here for several months, and each time I walk in not knowing if I'm going to get treated with respect or not. I've been holding out because of the variety of products and location, but most times I end up leaving feeling terrible. The staff has frequently been passive aggressive, rude, sarcastic and condescending. The last couple of times have really pushed me to find another dispensary with the attitude being far worse, and they even lied to my face, TWICE. I will not be returning.

Our local neighborhood dispensary! Our favorite!!Everyone who works here is informative, friendly, and knowledgeable about their wares. We always shop at this location, and they're also patient to explain, describe and suggest products to try. We love to bring first timer and visiting friends to experience ajoya! Prices are great and the selection is mind-blowing. We visit the Louisville location, we suggest it!

I don't know what happened but my bud tender knew nothing and the prices were bonkers. Not sure how this place has such a high rating.Re: response from Ajoya...sorry for the confusion, when I said the pricing was bonkers I didn't mean it was confusing I meant it was very expensive. I got excellent product for much cheaper prices right across the street at Starbuds.

Great products and great customers service. I’ve been to dozens of dispensaries and I’d recommend this place above all. Brought my parents here from out of town. It was their first experience in a dispensary and they couldn’t be happier. Which says a lot considering they were extremely skeptical of the industry. This place does it right!

I've been going here since I turned 21 in 2016 and have found them to be very helpful on all matters related to marijuana, edibles, and other cannabinoids like CBN and CBD. The staff are helpful, patient, and don't try to upsell you on everything. There's a nice loyalty/reward system that goes toward future purchases, so the combined quality of service and products make Ajoya the only dispensary I shop at.
